“Buddha's Burgers is my go-to spot for lunch when I need simple, delicious comfort food. Their prices are affordable, food is good- but what's honestly the best is their service! Food is always well-packed and presented, and they take extra steps to make sure you're cared for without even asking. The first time I ordered a bowl of chili and side of fries (chili cheese fries are my favorite) they gave me a side of cheese in a cup without me having to request it, which was extremely thoughtful. “Of all the options for lunch in Rochester, NY (and there are hundreds), this is CLEARLY my go-to location in Gates. The store is bright and clean, including the tables, chairs, and restrooms. The rolls, cold cuts, dressings, lettuce, etc, are always fresh and delectable looking! And I love being a club member, where I accrue points for application in the future each time I visit. Nate does a good job, and the girls are ALWAYS sweet, friendly, and accommodating. They make it seem like they enjoy their work and meeting the customers, and that is no easy task! My favorite of them all however is Kayla, Jersey Mike's Director of Operations..I think I'm in love with her. If only I were 30 years younger!“

“An amazing lunch on a cold winter day! The potato is huge, and the toppings are generous. I got the Cowboy potato (without meat), and it was so good! Tasty and filling. I only managed to eat half and look forward to eating the rest later. Customer service was friendly and fast. And the delicious smells coming from inside the shack need to be made into a candle :-) ! “There was only one worker that we could see in the restaurant. He did a great job job but was doing it also service was slow. Although the matter was an enjoyable experienceWheelchair accessibility: It was completely wheelchair accessible including the bathrooms. They had a barrier so that someone in a wheelchair could not have gotten up to the corner area to see what was being served. I don't know if they think they're helping out the covid situation.“
