tried to call, was trying to ask a question and got hung up by the rude hispanic girl who says she doesn’t speak english. i just wanted some food but now i cannot get it.

I am completely disgusted with this place. I always order the exact same thing and get charged a different price every single time depending on which waitress serves me. There is no consistency at all.
One young waitress mentioned there are new menus with updated prices, yet even those prices do not match what the other waitresses are charging. They are charging more than what is listed. That is unacceptable.

When I called to ask for my total before picking up my order, they refused to tell me and hung up on me. That is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The pricing is inconsistent, the staff is rude, and the service is terrible.

The food was so amazing. Good size pupusa’s are huge. The service was great. The people helped me open the door to my car cause I ordered a lot of food.

Have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, mainly for the pupusas. My boyfriend and I finally decided to go and check them out. We decided to sit down to eat- was a Tuesday little after 4pm or so, so it was relatively quiet and not crowded which was nice. The prices are very reasonable and cheaper than I thought it would be. Neither of us ever having Salvadoran food we weren’t completely sure what some of the items were. I was looking for some kind of “rotisserie” style roasted chicken but nothing seemed to be described as such. So I went with the Salvadoran Baked Chicken and also got cheese pupusas. Other guests came in (about 3 more tables) and they had received food before us… which was odd. We waited what seemed like 30 min until finally our order of pupusas came. Maybe 5 min later we received our meals. It definitely wasn’t what we were expecting. The food wasn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t what we were expecting. The service was very bad as our original waitress apparently left for the day and once we received our food from another waitress we never saw her again. Had to wave down someone else just to get a check. There was also no one attending to our drink refills, also the inside of the establishment started to get extremely uncomfortable and hot. Not really any air conditioning or fans.

Overall the pupusas 100% recommend!! But wasn’t too impressed with anything else.

The waitresses take advantage of the moment to water the beers so that you order more, it is a bad place to consume, it is not worth getting there.
