The papaya salad is a must. The clay pot salmon is delicious and so light. This is definitely my favorite place in Rockland County.
Formerly at another location in Spring Valley, Little Vietnam has expanded its menu and its dining space-including outdoor seating. The menu and the specials were difficult to choose between; our waiter knew every detail of the preparation, and it all sounded appetizing. Finally we opted for our usual favorites: a Spring Roll appetizer, basa filet in a clay pot, and tempura-fried soft-shell crab.
