Bella Pizza

I had a terrible experience at Bella Pizza (134-62 Springfield Blvd, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413). The guy at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered food, but when I received it, it was undercooked and clearly not prepared properly. When I politely brought it to his attention, instead of fixing the issue, he got nasty and aggressive, showing a complete lack of customer service skills.

The way I was treated was unacceptable. Not only was the food poor quality, but the attitude I received made it even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if the food was free. Save your time, money, and patience—there are plenty of other pizza spots that actually care about their customers.

My recent experience at Bella Pizza was deeply disappointing. The establishment's cleanliness was notably subpar, and the
presence of individuals experiencing
homelessness within the dining area
created an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. The pizza on displayappeared to be stale, exhibiting a visualquality suggestive of having been left out for an extended period, which significantly
impacted my perception of its freshness.
Furthermore, the pricing, specifically
$4.79 for a single chicken slice, struck me as excessively high and unjustified given the overall quality and ambiance.

In summary, Bella Pizza failed to meet
basic standards of hygiene, customer
comfort, and food quality. I cannot
recommend this establishment

The manager/owner I spoke to today customer service is Nasty. I place a order the wings was raw, and I called and spoke to a lady on the day it occurred and the manger which was very nice she said to me if I call back later in future I will receive wings as a replacement. I am going to write you name and number down. Today I call to place order and add the replacement wings so I ask to speak to manager to explain to him what happened and instead of him listening to me or even see if there was a note he keep cutting me off and says nothing is free this is New York and this is a business. I said to him sit I wouldn’t call and explain this to you if it wasn’t true. He wouldn’t even let me say the lady name who told me it. He keep cut me off and then goes to say I am busy if u want to order than order if not I am hanging up because I am busy.And before I got the next word out he hung up. I spend over $60 for pizza including other add on every time. I will not be going here to spend my hard earned money and not get appreciated as customer.

As the guy working the counter asked me what I wanted, someone else walked in front of me and he took their order. Pizza was ok. Crisp bottom, a little too much cheese compared to sauce. Not complaining about the pizza. Service sucks, place is dingy at best

I'm not gonna lie the pizzeria before it was good and the quality of the food was good but afterthat I don't know what happened to these guys they definitely fulling off the quality of the food it's not good anymore the costmer service the workers so rude and they just not in top of the quality service anymore I'm sorry guys I use to love the spot now ? I won't go there anymore honestly. Wish you guys the best but someone have to step up and fix the issues in that business

I ordered 2 white cheese slices and zeppolis. Halfway home, I eat the pizza and realize it’s burnt and crisp, not even edible. I felt disrespected at the fact that they even thought I would eat it? I go to get a refund and the owner is upset by me asking for a refund, made snarky comments and told me not to come back. I walked in there really calm so I was shocked by the ill mannered treatment. Customer service, food, and atmosphere was garbage and very disappointing as a customer who has been coming there since a child.

Phone service is lacking. The man working there named Mike I think is super rude. We've been suppoeogjis business for over 10 years and honestly it's disgust the way they treat the customers at times. Maybe relocate to your own area if we disgust you that much......we have lines your pockets for years though so if our dollars are worth your establishment should start treating us better

Going in physically is always better than ordering using the number they give. They don't carry change.

Very dark venue. Cheese slice is salty and 6.75 for a mushroom and spinach? I could have spent less than a dollar more and gone a few minutes to Cuts N Slices on Linden and got Gourmet Pizza had I knew. Again very dark venue. Grand Opening/Grand Closing for me.

Got buffalo slices and asked for extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese on the pizza. Was told they don’t have blue cheese to put on the pizza only little cups and no buffalo sauce. I’ve never heard of a pizzeria that can’t add a simple sauce on top of the pizza. The buffalo sauce and blue cheese are clearly in the pizzeria but no one wanted to be bothered to do they’re job.
