Papa Johns Pizza

Called to place a order for delivery and the store is 4 minutes away (driving distance) this dude that picked up the phone was just disrespectful about im way too far and they don't deliver in that area. The store and my home address is literally in the same zip code.

Worst burnt pizza. Never again. They don't care. The wings were disgusting. Don't buy from them.

The Cashier that just rang me out was extremely rude. He had a poor attitude for a paying customer. The location did not have napkins or paper plates for the 3 pizza pies that I ordered and picked up! Shocked at the poor customer service

Placed order on Papa John’s app, I ordered the Papa bowl with Alfredo sauce as a carryout. Picked up the food from the Papa John at 133-38 Springfield Blvd Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. Got home to eat opened the box and try order was wrong, I got the Papa bowl in tomato sauce with Alfredo sauce on the roof of the box, I will attach pics I took. I called them back expressing my displeasure in the inaccurate order. After going back and forth they will make me a new order. I advised for the inconvenience can they bring the food to me, I live 2 miles away. I was put in hold for a couple of minutes and was told no I had to pick it up. I was totally dissatisfied and asked for a refund, I was put on hold again and this time it was for a several minutes, I hung up, horrible customer service. Reaching out to their corporate office about getting a refund.

I placed an order through papa rewards and they called me saying they don’t accept papa rewards because I am not a regular customer. So I said thats fine cancel my order and I will place another other with my own money. Once I placed another order my pizza was ready in 2 minutes. I opened the box and it was stale hard pizza.

Customer service is horrible you’ll wait 5 minutes or more before someone greets you. I ordered pick up with my points and they waited til I arrive to notify me that they didn’t accept points. Very nonchalant, customer skills and the gentlemen shrugged his shoulders when I asked why they didn’t contact me upon arrival?

Me and my friend went there after ordering online, we order 2 papdiya. One with chicken and one without. it took them forever to get our order ready and when we did get the food. Both of them had chicken in it. My friend ate it without knowing. He is vegetarian and religious person. Very bad service
