I live 3 blocks from this location, have an account with them and used the app for over 10 years. One day the app notifies me I earned a free cookie (due to me ordering about 4 times from them within the last 2 weeks) without any extra purchase required so I selected it for pickup. Once there I was told that they won't honor my reward without a purchase because according to them I don't have an account and I might be using someone else's points. I responded by showing them the confirmed order on my phone, as well as my order history in the app itself, then the email confirmations from the last year. Their response was to threaten to call the police, which I encouraged them to do so they pretended to but never did so I called. Once I did that the cashier then offered to void everything and allow me to retain my reward so I can use it in a different store but he entered it as a completed order and essentially robbed me of my earned cookie because they are cheap and unprofessional. You always get the feeling this Papa Johns RESENTS THE COMMUNITY it chose to open their business in. Close Up and move then, the community will do it for you sooner than thought with the staff and management there now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE.

This location is extremely unsanitary. I personally witnessed employees touch garbage and other dirty surfaces and then immediately prepare pizzas without washing their hands or changing gloves. That alone is unacceptable and a serious health risk.
Customer service was also terrible — rude, dismissive, and unconcerned when issues were raised.
I will be reporting this to the Department of Health. I do not recommend this location.

I had a very disturbing experience at this Papa John’s location.
I personally witnessed employees touch garbage and other unsanitary surfaces and then go directly back to preparing pizzas without washing their hands or changing gloves. This is a serious food-safety issue and completely unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one serving the public.
On top of that, the customer service was awful — staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly not concerned when issues were brought to their attention.
Cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum in a food establishment, and unfortunately this location failed badly in that regard. I will be reporting this to the Department of Health and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
Very disappointed and will not be returning.

These workers are very unprofessional they put you on hold with the phone open speaking their language then hangs up in you and just lies over an hour delivery I had to just order from a different store and the food was for my kids this is unacceptable and very unprofessional from a store I always order from I don’t know if it’s a new staff but they are just terrible with customer service and satisfaction

Ordering was easy!
I place the order through uber eats app for BBQ Chicken & Bacon Papadia and the app told me your order is ready in 10 minutes the time was 2:02 but when I go to pick up my order my order is not ready yet and I ask the worker over how long it takes and talk with me very disrespectful and rudely and he yelled at me and I said place the order long time why it so long and he told me he has some other things to do and I ask him nicely how long it takes for my order and he didn’t answer and still talk with me rudely and I was upset about this service
Worst store I ever been too order online to pick up in the store while I was at work the app said order was ready to pick up when I went to the store to pick up my order they never greeted me or asked me what was my order, after I asked the guy is my food ready he just asked my order name and number rudely and went at the back without giving me any update on my order they made me wait more then 20 minutes and still didn’t give me my order I told them I was my break the guy in the hat told me it’s not his problem if the food was in the oven they very rude there I’m never buying my food here again
Rude customer service request that I make for my wings to be well done are never well done it’s annoying do these wings look well done to you ? pay too much money for these places to be just giving us anything last time I ordered the driver snatched the money out my hand it’s always something they need to shut this place down honestly and judging from the other reviews I’m not the only one with this bad experience from this place

Called to place a order for delivery and the store is 4 minutes away (driving distance) this dude that picked up the phone was just disrespectful about im way too far and they don't deliver in that area. The store and my home address is literally in the same zip code.

The Cashier that just rang me out was extremely rude. He had a poor attitude for a paying customer. The location did not have napkins or paper plates for the 3 pizza pies that I ordered and picked up! Shocked at the poor customer service

Placed order on Papa John’s app, I ordered the Papa bowl with Alfredo sauce as a carryout. Picked up the food from the Papa John at 133-38 Springfield Blvd Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. Got home to eat opened the box and try order was wrong, I got the Papa bowl in tomato sauce with Alfredo sauce on the roof of the box, I will attach pics I took. I called them back expressing my displeasure in the inaccurate order. After going back and forth they will make me a new order. I advised for the inconvenience can they bring the food to me, I live 2 miles away. I was put in hold for a couple of minutes and was told no I had to pick it up. I was totally dissatisfied and asked for a refund, I was put on hold again and this time it was for a several minutes, I hung up, horrible customer service. Reaching out to their corporate office about getting a refund.
