For southern food, this place has to step up the flavors. The fried chicken was bland. The atmosphere was cool especially when they have the live music. I think that’s the best thing about this spot. The waitress we got was also sweet and patient. She knew how much we wanted to stay for the music and let us take our time.
Mac and cheese was was good whiting fish was excellent and the cabbage as well . The shrimp Is to live for ..sooooo good ! The server her name is Seven she is Professional..patient ..welcoming and kind! I would definitely recommend this place!
Is Southern Girls under new management ? I have followed Southern Girls since three different locations because the food and service was great . What happened ? I ordered the meatloaf that was dry and old ( I’ll add a picture ) my sweet potatoes was burnt on the bottom . Menu said each meal comes with a corn bread . I ordered two meals and didn’t receive any .
