We walked in at 8:45pm and received the Nastiest customer service. We waited patiently as the worker made FIVE FOOT-LONGS back to back for an uber order. When it was our turn to pay with coupon, he declined. Which is completely fine but he became hostile when we tried a different payment option. Then he LIED and claimed he was 7 minutes past closing at 9pm when store hours clearly say 10pm. As if he was doing us a favor patronizing his business. If he desperately needed to “close” (an hour early) then why have us wait until AFTER he made FIVE FOOTLONG, rush us to order, the rush us to pay??

December 22nd 1:50 pm. VERY Rude. I came in here and the host rushed me like there was 10 people behind me and it was just me. He put very little cheese on my sandwich and when I asked for more he said it only comes with two or it’s extra in which I’m not sure if that was true. Maybe he was having a bad day but we all have those and I wasn’t pleased by the service. The food also didn’t look as fresh.

Better check what you’re paying for, because they add random things to your bill so they can charge you extra. I get the same meal at every subway for $12 but this location charged me $16.

This is in regards to the foot-long pretzel… Auntie Anne’s, please take your name off of this item. It is terrible. Hard as a rock. Oh, the mustard is NOT included! Laughable.

There is a coupon for half subs $3.99 but you can't get tuna or certain other subs at this establishment, that's their policy. You can only use it to get 4 subs with paper thin meats like bologna.
