I am typically not a review writer, but I wanted to take the time to share about our experiences with Edible Crush. I regularly plan and execute work events multiple times/month in Buffalo ranging from 15-150+ participants. We have contracted with Erin & Rob twice for two separate, off-site events and I cannot express how AMAZING the entire experience was and how IMPRESSED every single attendee was with the presentation and, even more importantly, the taste of the food. Doesn’t support the community at all, bashes on farmers for doing their job. Definitely would not recommend
Eh I wouldn’t recommend this business, as a volunteer Firefighter, and a farmer. The owner bashes the farming Industry and also terrorizes young adults for doing a few burnouts as a part of the Tribute for a Local Fire Chief that lost his battle with cancer

The food was fantastic, beautifully arranged, and the guests loved it! The communication with Erin was smooth, even with a time difference. For work events, Edible Crush impressed every single attendee with their amazing presentation and tasty food. They catered off-site events flawlessly, accommodating various food restrictions with delicious options for everyone. From early arrivals to labeling everything and packaging leftovers for attendees, Edible Crush provides a seamless and impressive catering experience from start to finish.
