Two Male Associates working in Papa John’s today ganged together and refused to remake an order they completed incorrectly. Instead of saying they’re sorry for the inconvenience, the older male said, “My order is confusing and we’re not going to service you”. The you get husky guy threw my cash back to me and told me to get out! I placed my order on the papa John’s website and it’s clear my toppings were placed on the right side of the pizza and the other half has just pepperoni only.
They couldn’t admit they’re wrong and treated me like I was begging them for pizza. They’re vile and disrespectful.

If I could give this store zero stars i would. They are the worst papa John’s ever. Terrible customer service skills and extremely rude. I had called asking about my order which I had ordered over an hour ago they told me the driver was coming and to be patient. I had called again 10 minutes later asking about my order they gave me the run around again and I just said cancel it they hung up the phone in my face didn’t say they was going to issue me a refund or nothing. These people are truly disgusting and have a terrible staff. Everybody should be fired.

This was a horrible experience. Horrible customer service, Disrespected Me and My Dad, calling us hackers, and wasn’t trying to verify our Order or identity. They are racist, they didn’t let us explain ourselves, and cut us off when we tried too. And on top of that he canceled our order that we used our points for cause he didn’t want to hear us out. Horrible customer service, people like the employees here are destroying the Papa John’s Brand and name. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Total disgrace of Papa John’s and what they stand for. Disrespected us by yelling because my son said the wrong number. Accused us of hacking their system even though my name, and email, and order on my phone matched identical. It’s an Indian owned family business and I’m not Indian so they totally let me know that as well. I’ll still be ordering from another papa John’s just because our heart was set on pizza this evening.
We won’t let someone’s racism discrimination and attitude ruin our evening.

Ordered today 5/12/2024 via the app at this location and returned home to get the worst pizza ever. Both my medium two-topping pizzas were dry as if they were overcooked/stayed out for a long period of time. I ordered extra sauce on both pies and none of this was evident, just cheese and stale crust. Very unfortunate, this is my local spot. Hoping to get some sort of reimbursement.

I called because I couldn’t track the progress on the app he proceeded to yell at me and claim that I had called before and that I had to wait 45 minutes I even explained in the beginning that I could not see it on the app therefore that’s why I was calling then he hung up on me.
