This was a horrible experience. Horrible customer service, Disrespected Me and My Dad, calling us hackers, and wasn’t trying to verify our Order or identity. They are racist, they didn’t let us explain ourselves, and cut us off when we tried too. And on top of that he canceled our order that we used our points for cause he didn’t want to hear us out. Horrible customer service, people like the employees here are destroying the Papa John’s Brand and name. Very disappointed.

Accused us of hacking their system even though my name, and email, and order on my phone matched identical. It’s an Indian owned family business and I’m not Indian so they totally let me know that as well. I’ll still be ordering from another papa John’s just because our heart was set on pizza this evening.
We won’t let someone’s racism discrimination and attitude ruin our evening.

Ordered today 5/12/2024 via the app at this location and returned home to get the worst pizza ever. Both my medium two-topping pizzas were dry as if they were overcooked/stayed out for a long period of time. I ordered extra sauce on both pies and none of this was evident, just cheese and stale crust. Very unfortunate, this is my local spot. Hoping to get some sort of reimbursement.

I called because I couldn’t track the progress on the app he proceeded to yell at me and claim that I had called before and that I had to wait 45 minutes I even explained in the beginning that I could not see it on the app therefore that’s why I was calling then he hung up on me.

Made an online order, got two pizzas, I bit into one and there was a broken piece in of a nail/screw. My boyfriend called the store to inform them and they offered a new pizza. (they asked for the pizza back but we ate majority of it & I didn’t know the nail was in there until i ate it) They picked up the leftover pizza and we put the nail in the same box. The person who picked it up was very nonchalant about it, like he didn’t care. Later on they called back accusing my boyfriend of lying & became very disrespectful. Obviously the nail was small enough for me to not see it before biting into the pizza, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they couldn’t find it. But it was very unnecessary to raise their voice and fully accuse us of lying.
Guy that was taking my order was the same guy who received my payment; touched money and went to make the pizza with his bare hands. When I asked if he didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves he got defensive. He suddenly offered if I want my money back and I surely agreed.

Sunday 28th may 202310: 30 pmI ordered pizza from this placePicking-up by myself. When i get there, i opened the door, there is only 1 man i saw who was there in the back making a pizzas. I said hello, he didn't answer, i said Pick-up..., he didn't answer. I wait like 4 to 5 minutes, he didn't answer ( i was even wrong to wasting my times ), there is a young guy who come and asked me for if it for Pick-up i said yes and tell my name... but i was really angry i asked the young guy if the guy in the back speak English or not... he told me yes.I said because i come inside he didn't answer my hello back neither why i was there... that he ignores me. The young guy said he doesn't have to answer me back because he was busy ( i was even suprise about his answer, i was chocked ). In my conversation with the young guy, the manager in the back came to the front and started to talk now and yell at me( i was not even talking to him ) and he took the pizza back to the front, he was yelling for no reason and want even called the cops (because i was a costumer and didn't have good service ?? ).Well i didn't fight neither said bad words because i respect elder people ( culturally ) and he was arround my dad age.No mannersNo étiquettesNo good servicesNo eyes contact.I called uber to cancel my order, hopefully having my refund back ASP.They should close this papajohnsOr renonvate and change the staff
