I have been going to this place for years and absolutely love it ! Once the bottles has the count and written all over the plastic, the most efficient way to get everything done smoothly. Only thing i ask is to update the hours on google. I had went last week day after christmas and online stayed open but when I arrived it was closed and no sign to when the store will be opened back. Please update hours on holiday days or how long the duration they will be closed. Overall they’re are amazing people !!

I came here due to the first friendly encounter. After that it’s been bad. Attitude even when trying to do right by the guy n the front when you try to honestly correct a mistake. I’ve never written a review but he rubbed me so wrong repeating “he’s going to pass me up on the next go around”repeatedly kind of embarrassing. I held respect for the place and I thought I was making a change for the better but this experience won’t happen again I will not be returning and I hope future people will have a better encounter and don’t let nobody play your hard work and determination cause bottle counting and collecting isn’t easy. Respectfully I’m Unsatisfied with the service.

My 9 yr old son started collecting bottles this year. He went from one bag to 10 bags of 100+ bottles/cans in no time. So, we noticed this location on the way back from dropping my daughter off to school. Process was fast...since it was my first time there, they told me to make sure each bag has the same quantity (i.e. 100, 120, 200, etc). Very organized operation and personable staff....

I used to go here for years and had to stop due to the aggravation. I did my best to keep everything clean, clear plastic and pre- counted with the bags marked with the count and it still wasn't good enough. They want bags pre-counted to a convenient number of 50, then 65 , then 100. A constant moving target. Not worth the aggravation. Redemption center on Linden blvd. Does NOT give any attitude. Calculate the pre-count, get the receipt and get your money, no fuss, no criticism, no drama..... not needed, especially over bottles and cans????

The staff are very friendly and professional. The service is quick. My only compliant is that you have to have 24 glass bottles to return. I have to make two trips plastic bottle there and glass bottles/cans to the beer house .
