Do not recommend for food. My partner ordered the seafood soup and sweet & sour pineapple fried rice, the soup taste like something they microwaved, very thin and not fresh while the fried was mediocre but nothing was really wrong with it. I had the west signature pasta with chicken which had a burnt after taste and I immediately had to use the bathroom after.
While our server had a pleasant attitude she wasn’t very professional and the service was slow, food took an hour to come out.
The atmosphere is nice if you want to just watch the game and have a drink but the waitress could hardly hear when taking our order because the music is so loud.

Good day , this was my second time coming here and I was disappointed this time ! I ordered $50 dollars worth of food just to get back home and the seaside melody wasn’t fresh the crabs had a smell to them & the they were very cheap i literally had a SOUP !!! The okra and etc wasn’t supposed to be in there ! I called back and they told me to speak to a manager I sent a email no response and called and no response! I ordered the shrimp tacos 3x Come in an order it was literally soggy the tortilla wasn’t even cooked/warmed it was so skimp and I can’t believe it ! The taco were thrown right out ! The first time I came it wasn’t like this but this time I’m Furious ! I live a hour a way i came all the way to west bar because I had an amazing meal last time but I’m very upset I spent money on a meal I couldn’t even enjoy ! Seafood boil was supposed to have crab legs potato clams mussels and shrimp ! I had 2 crab legs broken into pieces shrimp mussels okra carrots sweet potatoes ! I am livid !!!!!!

40 dollars for overcooked cold food with barely anything in it this is my second time ordering from here I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but terrible terrible terrible, the food looks rushed, they made the plate for a 10yr old like wth is this never again! Presentation is everything! Do not order from this place!

Shout out to Polo for the exceptional service! He made me feel very comfortable as a woman sitting at the bar and crafted some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Not only were the cocktails delicious, but they definitely did the job! 🍹

The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was flavorful, and the service stood out as top-tier. Polo was personable, professional, and truly made the experience memorable.

If you’re looking for a great Caribbean spot to grab a bite and enjoy amazing drinks, this is the place. Big thank you to Polo – hands down one of the best employees there! 👏🏽

Very unprofessional service . All the time you will wait for 15 to 25 minutes to get your online order from them. They are known to be late . If you guys know you can’t handle online orders , don’t accept it.

I like that it's in my neighborhood and that abt it. Typical Caribbean staff with dry attitudes. It's sad because I am Caribbean so I know what's up🙄. I went onna Friday night. Not crowded at all. Was able to sit at the bar. I ordered a rum punch and it was okay. I ordered a burger medium well and it came out extremely charred on the outside and undercooked inside...also very salty. Pricing was relative. Spent abt $40 on drink and meal. DJ was playing reggae, dancehall, hiphop/rnb which I love so no complain there. This place is simply a nice vibe to chat with some friends and get a drink. Again I love that it's within my neighborhood so I don't have to travel too far. If the bartenders smiled more and engaged better I would have given a better rating. These Caribbean establishments always struggle in this area.

First off, our server was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very polite and ready to engage! We came in hungry and ready to eat. I ordered the champagne mussels for my appetizer! Absolutely delicious!! And the sauce is great! So good that I wanted to use it for my main course. They have a vodka sauce pasta and I wanted to substitute it out for creamy champagne pasta. Our server went to go check and came back stating that the manager said it would disrupt their flow of creating dishes. Cool. Then I asked if I can just have pasta alone, no sauce. Our server immediately understood what I was trying to do and skip away with excitement to see if it could be done. The mussels I ordered comes with a ridiculous amount of sauce. So the thought process is to use that sauce with the plain pasta to In essence create the dish. Not even 20 secs later he returns and all the excitement he has was gone. Apparently he went to the same manager to see if it was possible and she stopped him from asking the chef stating that the place was “busy” and he needed to get back out there. Shooting down the idea of simple pasta. In place of 17+ tables and 4-5 being occupied I find it interesting that a place like this would consider that busy!! Ma’am miss manager, if you don’t want people to experience food don’t work in the industry. And if you are so worried about the process look at your food waste factor first! Could have been an easy 5 stars but I just hate bad management!
