Tonight was horrible we ended up walking out. The new bartender he needs more training or a different job field. We sat for 10 min with the last customer's mess infront of us. He didn't greet us or give us a menu. My wife notice him looking at another customer's phone guess what she was showing him was more important than tending to us. For 10min he was looking at other people's bills which I guess he was screwing up. Never once said hello or nothing. If this is the new West I'm good 👍 it's been fun while it lasted. Even when my wife said don't bother making the drinks he didn't even acknowledge us or apologize smh.

Thank West Bar Loumge for setting the standard for CONSISTENCY in the food. My favorites… garlic crab legs, fush taco, curry lobster, the pasta with shrimp, steam fush, salmon… well just about everything. The rum punch is one of the best in town. I only needed one to get ready for the music vibes. Shout out to the chefs!!!! We forget to recognize our Chefs and without good chefs cooking the food you have no customers.

Service was slow. The food was coming out one by one. It took an hour to bring out all our food. All we ordered was wings and tacos. The server, Whitni, took a long time to bring out our check after our plates were cleared. On the receipt there is a QR code where you can pay the check online. Since she took a while to come back, we paid the check through clover. As we are getting in the car to leave Whitni comes and opens the car door and accusing us of not paying the check. What's the point of having an option to pay online if you aren't going to check it. It was embarrassing. If you're going to be loud with your accusations, be loud with your apology too. Will not be coming back just off of experience because obviously you aren't doing your due diligence and caused a scene and was wrong.

I would give 5 stars, but the DJ on Friday nights plays the music entirely too loud. Everyone I take there says the same thing. TOO LOUD! And if you ask him to turn it down, he'll just roll his eyes lol.
