This review is for the holiday Cake Pop Up and although the review is long overdue, I couldn’t let it pass without sharing how wonderful the cakes were. I first discovered Agnes when she had her wonderful tea room in New Paltz. I went regularly and it was always amazing. I was sad when she moved on to catering but luckily she does pop ups. For the holidays I ordered her famous Bee cake and her amazing Buche de Noel.

I love Agnes’s food. She uses real, high-quality ingredients and has been a star chef since her incredible restaurant The Village Tea Room in New Paltz. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Agnes is an incredible caterer and baker. She catered my rehearsal dinner and wedding and we did a tasting with her prior to our wedding and my husband and I crave her meals / baked goods regularly. Cannot recommend her more. She’s amazing (and so is her staff) !!
