Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Bed was super comfy. Slept like a log. Coffee in the morning was extra good!

Musty and a little creepy. Porch was falling apart. No staff was there so we couldn't get in our room until the owner's son happened by and sort of guessed which room was ours. The room itself was clean. In the morning we'd been locked out of the communal bathroom and the owner never responded. There was no promised breakfast. We were so happy to get out of there.

This is a warm and cozy coffee house, that brews a tasty cup of joe and serve an awesome variety of tea. They also make delicious paninis, making this place a must-top-by for locals and visitors. The owner is very friendly and service is great.
