We go to this place whenever we visit the Stamford area. The food is great, and so is the service. We really like their French fries. As we were eating our meal, we heard the people behind us commenting on how good the fries were.

The food here has gotten worse and worse the past few years. Everytime i order something it ends up tasting like hand sanitizer or it is clearly not well made. The workers are very nice and I like the atmosphere but the food is terrible.

My family and I love to come to Macadoodles and support small business, but there has got to be a better way to handle to go orders. Take my card over the phone, or something. I should not have to wait in line behind everyone else for 20 minutes to pay for my food and pick it up when I can see it sitting under the warmers the whole time. This is the whole point of a TO GO order. So beyond frustrating!
EDIT: I had all this time to write the review while in line and even called and the staff is beyond rude. It doesn’t take 3 people to make ice cream. I said screw the food and hung up. I will never be back to Macadoodles. Absolutely 0/10 business practice. Their staff has always been horribly rude but at least their food was good. Oh well. Onto the next!
