I intentionally chose foods on the bland side to share with a ten month old baby. The French toast was delicious with lots of butter and syrup, and on the soft side (which is what I wanted). The plain scrambled eggs were what I expected from plain scrambled eggs. I could've skipped the home fries - I found them dry and bland with very few crispy bits to redeem them. The softness of the chunks worked for the baby, but I want more texture and flavor in my potatoes. But it was...
This was my first time here. Came around this area for a weekend getaway and this restaurant seemed like a decent place to go get breakfast. The food and service were great. I got the full stack pancakes, which served 6 medium sized but thin.
After 10 hours of driving, it was a refreshing late lunch in an amazing place. Very quaint with excellent food and service. If you find yourself in the area, this is a must stop. Bring cash because they don't accept any cards. Great experience.
