The staff just stands around and talk amongst themselves.They did not even start making my drink order until I asked about it 20-30 mins after. They basically forgot because customers ordering “to go orders” ordered 20mins after got their drink before I did.The food took 40mins to come out and they forgot my side order. How does it take 40mins to make a omelette? The same happened to a table next to us who also had to ask about their side order.GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT SOMEWHAT REASONABLE SERVICE‼️

New hip spot in town but service is awful. Don’t listen to the other reviews!! Its the business owners & their friends inflating the reviews!! Two people were working the floor but one dresses like night club worker and the other was standing around flicking the espresso machine milk steamer when people clearly put in drink orders. Our drinks took about 30 minutes to come out when it should have taken 5 minutes at most. Why? Because the two people “working” the floor were standing around, hanging out with their friends who were distracting them. The food came out 10 minutes AFTER we got our drinks. Food was pricey and could use a bit more salt. Drinks were expensive for what it is. How do you charge $0.75 for a tsp of HONEY FROM COSTCO? If it was from a local farm sure I would have happily paid for it but I have been to enough cafes and starbucks and they don’t charge for honey. They’re basically giving Costco sampler vibes.

My first experience with Americano Cafe was positive. The interior of the cafe in combination with dishes and drinks create a cozy atmosphere in winter. Food and drinks at a high level. I was also pleasantly surprised by one of the waiters named Oleg, a very attentive and pleasant employee.

Ordinary breakfast cafe. Self service, the eggs tasted like they came out of a carton. The counter girl was pleasant enough and the prices were in line with other places. I'm sure all the 5 star ratings are from the people who live there and connivence would count.

My favorite cafe in New York! Since my husband and I moved to URBY, I don’t go to other cafes at all. The most delicious coffee and the most delicious food, very polite stuff, a wonderful atmosphere. It’s very comfortable to work on a laptop, go on a date or meet with friends! You can also take very beautiful photos here. Overall, 10/10, I recommend it to everyone!

Completely unexpected! A new happy place to visit during the cold dark winter. Beautifully decorated with plants and wood accents, while the baristas were both genuinely sincere with conversation. The music was relaxing as I sipped a delicious matcha latte. My companion devoured a smoked salmon bagel with a bubbly sweet Citrus mimosa and he felt like he was on a mini vacation.Worth the visit!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
