Got a cake for a birthday party. It was horrible, tasted of liquor although it didn't contain any and had a puddle of liquid when it was cut. Never again.

First time here because I drove by and was craving Napoleon (5 months pregnant)... I ate it within an hour and within another hour I felt nauseous for the rest of the night. I was hoping I'd throw up to get the nasty aftertaste out of my mouth. It was stale and just not tasty. Overpriced too. Listen to others. Avoid this place. There are even photos of mold in their products from other customers! I should've checked first. I also ignored my gut feeling because when I first walked in, I wasn't greeted and the atmosphere just had a cold/empty feeling. A man walked in after me and was greeted and even though I was ready to order, the lady took his order first instead, without even looking at me or to ask if I was ready.

Usually go to Alfonsos up on Amboy but took a chance since I was driving by . Took home half dozen of these long powdered cookies with jam between them. Stale every one. Ya live and ya learn.

Stopped by on 3 different occasions for cookies and cannolis and they tasted old and stale all 3 times. Not only that, but the prices here are quite high compared to other much better bakeries in the area. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

One time I tried to stop in for bread and a cake. It was the morning and I was looking for a corn muffin. When I asked about a corn muffin, the old lady at the counter nastily said "There is a deli down the street." I immediately walked out and never went back.
Don't go there.

For the price you’re paying for pasties and goods, the very least they can do is actually fill the cannoli all the way thru and not just the ends. Better places.
