For the price you’re paying for pasties and goods, the very least they can do is actually fill the cannoli all the way thru and not just the ends. Better places.

I Went to the bakery today didn't know what kind of cake I wanted the wonderful sales person Samantha help me out tremendously she told me each and every Cake flavor and filling she had she also wrote an a beautiful name for me. I highly recommend this beautiful beautiful and amazing bakery 5 star

Bad experience. Asked to write Happy Birthday on a cake and was told no. Then I asked for a little sign and they didn't have so she reluctantly wrote Happy Birthday. Doesn't thank me when I'm leaving or give me a receipt. Ok so we now have the cake. No taste and 2 strands of hair. Went right to the garbage .. Never again. Always heard great things but realize that was many years ago

Appalling! I just bit into their apple turnover, purchased yesterday and there is MOLD inside of it. Not only are they heavily overpriced, but have a slow turnover. BEWARE and if you feel sick after eating their goods, you aren't crazy, you're most likely POISONED.
You need to keep in check of your pastries. First you need to put an expiration date on your products. Every time I from Key food on Bay St. Your products are are wickedly stale. I'm sending you this email first before taking it higher to report you. Let's keep everyone happy with FRESHLY baked goods. I wasn't allowed my refund again from Key food. ?

Amici nice bakery, extremely expensive for a bakery. Almost $5.00 for a cupcake is absurd! 1 lbs of cookies is $19.95, are you insane! Butter cookies are $9.95 go figure. Personal requests are a no, no!
