Without a doubt, the best restaurant for Italian food, especially their pizza, in Staten Island. Food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, always answering questions customers may have, delivery is prompt, and food is delivered nice and hot. I always recommend Pizzaoili to friends and family. In fact, can't wait to enjoy Mothers Day there. Have had many celebrations at Pizzaioli and have never been disappointed.

Very nice pizza place with many tables. I've been here twice and both times it was nice and quiet inside. I ordered at the counter and one of the staff brought the pizza over when it was ready which was very courteous and hospitable. The pizza is also very fresh here, both times I got a Sicilian slice and it was nice and fluffy with crunchy crust, it didn't taste like it was sitting out all day which I really appreciated. Also all the pizza on display looked fresh, sometimes you can tell by the way the cheese looks how long pizza has been sitting but everything looks very fresh and delicious. The location of this pizzeria is also convenient as there's a large parking lot so it's easy to come here and find a spot. I'd say the prices are very reasonable and in line with other pizza places right now but not overpriced. My one wish is that they had fountain soda, I don't know why but I love fountain soda! I will definitely be back for another delicious square slice!

I've been there twice, the customer service is phenomenal!!! I LOVE the vodka slice!! The square slice is also great too. The two times I've been here I've ordered counter service and the employees warm my slices and then bring it to me at my table. Very polite and kind!!! Also a plus, they take Apple Pay with no minimum charge! My vodka slice was less than $5 and I was able to use Apple Pay. The ambiance and decor is very nice. It was recently renovated inside. I will definitely be back!!!

Great service and great price. Went with my mother today and I had veal capi and she had veal parm. The service was exceptional. Very friendly staff will be coming back for sure. Also the fried calamari is excellent.

I’ve been going to Allstar Pizzeria for over 20 years and Pizzaioli replaced them. I popped in and paid $7 for two regular slices and never went back. On Valentines Day I received an automated text from Pizzaioli to order a heart shaped pizza. I said why not I’ll get it for the kids. I spent $37 on a heart shaped pizza and chicken Cutlet sandwich. I can’t begin to explain to you how small this pizza was. It was a personal pie with extremely thin crust. Best part was that they didn’t even cut the pie. We had to use a knife. My 6 year old ate 85% of the pie himself lol. If you want cheap pizza at outrageous prices then this is your place. I think they think they are inside the Atrium with the prices and quality lol.

Service was attentive and friendly ,very clean inside. The vodka rice ball plate was so delicious I would of baptized my child in it. They use high quality ingredients and they do not not corners with toppings.

Sicilian and regular slices are fabulous. This is a great neighborhood pizza place.Crispy, delicious sauce and cheese.Veal parmigiana was a huge portion, and one of the better veal parmigiana's than most pizza places. Place is spotless, the entire staff couldn't be nicer. Plenty of parking. Chairs in the dining room are very uncomfortable.
Halloween !!!! A mad house but in a great way!! Amazing staff... Lisa, Preston and Israel... you guys rock... they were busy, waiting tables, taking care of counter, walk ins and phones wouldn't stop. Their attention to everyone was amazing. The food was so delicious, Flavorful and plentiful . Decor was Instagram worthy. Thank you to everyone there tonight we will be dine in customers from now on....

Needs more than 5 stars! Staten Island has a Pizza shop, Chinese Food and Bagels every few feet. Since Pizzaioli opened it has been my go-to for everything Italian. Been to the Restaurant once but order Delivery 2x per week. Food is excellent, most of the other shops have had declining quality and Pizzaioli just excels. Great Hot Heros, The Pizza crust is tasty to the point that you're gonna eat it all and not leave it like dozens of other Pizza places. Never had a complaint against this shop. My only issue was with the Meatball Pizza, even though the Pizza was great the meatballs were like mini-meatballs and their full size meatballs are very good. 7-Star quality

Very disappointing. Worker recommended a chicken roll and it was sad. Chicken was dry and rubbery like it was old and reheated who knows how many times. Somehow it was still lukewarm after being warmed up. Just a roll and soda cost almost $15! Definitely not worth it.
