20 bucks for a bottle of orange soda and a Italian hero with barely anything on it is excessive. Sandwich has 2 tiddlywinks of vinegar, all lettuce, provolone so thin it shreds by just looking at it. Over all not good and not worth your time.

The middle eastern employee seemed intoxicated early in the morning. He shouted racial slurs at me and refused to let me order food. It was all very upsetting and confusing. I would never go to this bagel store ever again. Thank goodness the island is filled with many wonderful bagel stores who actually appreciate and respect their customers. Please do not patronize such a herendous establishment.

I was in a conversation last week about the BEST bagels we ever had. I've had A LOT of bagels over 56 years. Annadale Bagels provided me with my BEST BAGEL EVER.It was an egg bagel made to perfection. Perfection. It was delicious. This is my absolute GO TO place on Staten IslandHighly recommended! If your store is NOT OPEN at 5am or even shortly thereafter perhaps putting the correct store hours would be beneficial for customers. No one even answers the phone. What a disgrace

Ordered 2 toasted buttered rolls, one was toasted drenched in butter and the other one was not toasted and about a pound of butter on the roll.Is it really that difficult to follow orders?

They set their pick up time from 7:30pm-10pm on Too Good To Go, but store is closed during this period of time. Reserved, paid and drive all the way there for nothing but a wasted of time and gas. What a shame.
