Ate there last night. Seafood dish and an arugula salad. Both were barely edible. Couldn't even serve a decent baked potato. The first came badly burned and discolored. They replaced it with one that was almost as bad. I won't even mention the broccoli. Sad, such a lovely location.

Over the years we used to go to Woodrow diner then they opened Annandale Terrace...we have been ordering for a very long time. Menus don't change over night. We just had ordered the week before; the lamb gyro on pita w/rice & the chicken shush kebab both were delicious & fresh over rice & spinach pie. When we ordered the other night it had looked like they had given us someone else's leftover food. So I had called to let them know (after paying $65.+) . The girl that had taken the order kept arguing w/me never offered to credit me or apologize to me (knowing the Customer is Always right) had complained to her Manager (Melinda) who said I told the girl she was incompetent which I would Never say to someone! Well that Manager had called my cell phone more than 10 x's...this had never happened before. Only to tell me that I was wrong. This was not professional @ All.. We will not be going back there anymore more

I have been here a few times and I am just not impressed. I was here last with my boyfriend for breakfast and I was let down. I ordered French toast and it tasted like soggy white bread with browned and mushy strawberries. I was hoping for how expensive breakfast was that it was going to be good and it wasnt. Also the girls hosting/taking payment are so rude. When we went to pay the girl came over after us standing there for a few minutes and she had a puss on her face and didn't even say anything and stuck her hand out for the bill and card. Still did not say anything gave us the paper to sign and we walked out. This place keeps getting worse and worse.

The food was horrible. I had the Cobb salad with grilled shrimp and my husband had fried chicken with potatoes and some sides. We both had soups also. Horrible. Overcooked shrimp, bland dressing, rubbery bacon. I mean I couldn't finish it and cobb salad is one of my favs. The fried chicken was so dry, it tasted like it was cooked yesterday and then just warmed up. The soups were so salty it was hard to eat them. I expected something else. The place looks nice but the food is really bad.

Everything we ordered tasted amazing. The service was terrible. Would not go back again.

The service here is not great the last two times I have went the first time I had hair and my food and it took about 30 minutes to get another order. And the last time I went there was a leaf in my food from like a tree outside or some thing I don't know. They never come back to check on you the hostess probably would rather stab you then see you definitely not impressed and would rather go to Mike's place

Just average. We waited a little to be seated on Sunday morning. Food was average, portions not very big. The ambiance is cute though and the service is fast once seated.

This place went downhill. Ordered a cappuccino it was so milky and not even hot. My wrap was also lukewarm and barley had any flavor. Disappointed with the quality of food! Place used to be so much better a few years ago.

We recently discovered this place by accident. What a gem! The outdoor terrace is gorgeous , service is just ok but the food is great. We only been here a handful of times and just for breakfasts but the menu is extensive with delicious sounding options for lunch and dinner. Looking forward to trying the many menu items

My husband and I are regulars here; we go to the restaurant and order takeout/delivery frequently- extremely disappointed with today's order. My husband ordered and waited for takeout, simple order Grilled Chicken Greek Salad and a tuna wrap. He gets home and we open the bag and there was a grilled chicken Caesar salad. At $20 for a salad I want what I ordered. I called up and told the gentleman who answered what happened and he put me on hold for ten minutes. I had to hang up and call back twice to speak to a human. They apologized and said they would deliver a new salad - well it's been an hour and no salad. What's going on Annandale Terrace- you're better than this!

This place is an over priced disaster. Started off with a very unpleasant and rude young woman at the front desk who seats people and went downhill from there. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by asking for a table, and could hardly be bothered. With an attitude like that, she should not be dealing with the public. The surface of the table we were seated at was greasy and not very clean. One of the women I was dining with, unwrapped her silverware, and the fork was covered with egg yolk from a previous diner's breakfast. I ordered a salad which contained lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, and turkey, etc. The lettuce leaves were soggy, and mostly brown around the edges; totally past it's "sell by" date, for sure. The blue berry pie, ordered for dessert, tasted like blueberries mixed with glue, and a cardboard crust. The only good thing was our waitress, whose name I believe was Frances. She was pleasant, cheerful, smiling, and checked back frequently to see if we needed anything else. Other than that, it was a really horrible luncheon, at a place which used to be very nice, a few years ago.

Annadale Terrace is so much more than a diner. The only similarity is their extensive menu which covers breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Their quality and service matches that of a fine restaurant. Prices are excellent and portion sizes are enough for two meals. Dinners include soup or salad plus coffee and dessert in the price of the entree. That's a great deal! Service is quick, efficient and pleasant. Victoria and Mimi are great servers and are always eager to provide a great dining experience. Management should be commended on the great job they do to keep everything running smoothly. This is our new "go to" restaurant regardless of what we are in the mood for. I've had the best veal and chicken parmigiana there! So tender, I could cut it with a fork. Seafood selections are also great! Can't wait to go back!
