I’m really disappointed with this order I got via GrubHub. I usually enjoy this restaurant and have had great meals here in the past, but this time was a mess. The chicken sandwich I ordered is supposed to be fried, but instead it came grilled, with no sauce at all, and the bread was soggy and wilted. The chicken itself wasn’t good either—dry and lacking flavor. On top of that, they even got the fries wrong for the sandwich. For a place I’ve trusted before, this was a huge letdown, and it honestly felt like they didn’t care about the quality of the food this time.

I have had so many schiacciate all over Firenze. His schiacciate go toe to toe, if not better than the “famous panini” shops in Firenze. This man has by far the best sandwiches on the island and maybe the east coast of the U.S. Disregard anyone who complains about pricing. You 1000% get what you pay for. Want a cheap sandwich go to Wawa in Jersey.

Great sandwiches ! Old school Brooklyn style and clean . Not sure why people would go anywhere else. By far better then Crown and Filoncino’s !

Easily one of the top sandwich places in not just NYC but beyond, I have tried close to all of them and each one is equally delicious. My favorite is the Gino, Golfetta, Meatball special, and the pastrami

Omgg! Next level sandwiches, my daughter loved the chicken tenders and she’s super picky. The customer service was also very good. Anthony is a sweetheart and everyone else was very nice. Can’t wait to come back, Thank you for an excellent sangweesh 🤌🏽 experience 🥰

Great sandwiches. High-quality meats and ingredients. Upscale/clean space.

Hand down the best sandwich experience I've ever had. Kalene was inviting from the moment we walked in the door. She even hooked us up with appetizers before we even ordered our food. It was well worth the trip from Long Island to Staten Island. I'll definitely be back.

My wife ordered from this place, she ordered for me eggplant parmigiana, what was in that sandwich was anything but eggplant, it was breaded rubber, I'm totally serious, I don't know what that was but $18.00 went directly in the garbage, it wasn't even edible, we decided to try the place my wife recommended it sucked ass never go there, we live too far for me to go back to even drive all the way there to throw that sandwich in their face, it was poison for $18.00 it could have been fried dog fat it was like a piece of rubber, Thank God I didn't swallow it, even though I couldn't, is what prompted me to open the sandwich and figure out what was in it.
