This Applebee's is absolutely not good at all! I usually love Applebee's but this one is disgusting. The food I receive every time is always cold, and dry.I highly do not recommend this Applebee's.

First off, parking around here is a challenge - but for a Sunday late lunch, meters right out front were open. The line - which can snake down the street - was super short, so ordering & receiving our food was quick. Everyone here was VERY warm, & sitting at the bar made it easy to watch the food being made & served.

I just want to say, it took for the 3rd time for these ppl to mess up my order for me to write a review. There is no communication between management and staff. By the way, you shouldn't hire someone to be in the front who has an attitude with frustrated customers because THEY messed up. Thanks for the lukewarm food. Never again.

Okay so I went there today for the first time to pick up an order my girlfriend ordered, pretzels with some type of mustard and some type of cheese, anyway I gave a thing for people and their I'll faded antics before they do them, point I'm making is the mustard grainy mustard which I think is really called spicy brown anyway I can taste it now hours later that the justed had soap in it this is something that's been going on for a while that's why there is so much racism these LOWLIVES that work and should just appreciate having a job decide to mess with people's food on the grounds that somebody else makes them think this for some one reason or another is what they should do! Guy that brought food out the kitchen was black I normally am not racist I have black fam members but this is the hawaiian soapy fame reason why that black b****** fuxked with my food then brought it out to her by white kid that took my payment for order this is why I say f*** blm you're all jerkoffs this is why you get fuxked

This restaurant location has awful customer service. It's sad, because growing up they once were such a special place for the community. Tried to use a coupon which was only honored when placing an order online. Tried to place the order on their website, and the website portal for placing online orders was down. Called into the restaurant to inform them. Spoke to 4 people before a manager got on the phone and stated that he would place the order over the phone but would not honor the coupon. I informed him that since their website was down, they should honor the coupon or simply apply a credit in lieu of the coupon and he stated this was impossible. You'd think during a pandemic and the demand for business you wouldn't hassle customers over $10, especially when it was your website that was down. Home visiting family, and have been in the hospitality consulting business for years. Sad to see when restaurant operators just don't get the simplest of things right. Total of the order was over $80 but will just continue to take business elsewhere.
Apple bees. I love quesadillas. They are my life. And yes i could get them from many of the mexican places around new dorp but no. something about the amazing atmosphere of apple bees ands the way they put that no pico in. They really care about my life even though they are slowly killing me by giving me a fatal amount of quesadillias cuz i love them sm. Also i snatch some extra almonds bc almonds are good. Also idk if yall remember but one time my friend almost died in there. Thanks for support on my goal to become fat by quesadillas. Love you xoxo

So far So good I absolutely loved the nan actually ordered it twice & the curry was great definitely will be back.Talk about great service the staff was wonderful. The most favorite part was when I got asked for ID. Made my day.

Due to the COVID we do not have many options for establishments where you can get Adult drinks, with your meals -but Applebee's solves that problem with pre mixed gallons of Adult beverages ?Plus the food is great also ? Ask for Donny in the front ... He's awesome!
