stopped in during our lunch break for a burger and a beer and was greeted and served by the wonderful Rita ! Have always loved Applebees but this time was just over the top awesome!!
Tasty food and friendly service. Love the new pickle fries . YOU GO APPLEBEES! Chilis gets NUTHIN !

My waitress was amazing she was the hostess the waitress the bartender and the busboy all I. One with a great attitude. Very attentive and professional. The food was great and was on time no long waiting. One of my best experiences at Applebees. I felt that I had to leave a review. Rita is her name . 5 stars

I’ve been to this location a few times and this will be my spot with my sister thanks to Rita S. Don’t sleep on her because she is amazing with her service. She is awesome when it comes to explaining throughly when questions that were asked. Her warm welcome, bright smile and positive attitude really makes the dining experience here well worth it. Honestly with her working the floor, bar and host she does very well. The food we ordered here was the ultimate trio and it was very filling for a lunch. Also, delicious. Rita really deserves a raise for everything she does. Thank you again Rita!!

Went to this Applebee’s and honestly, none of us enjoyed the food. I had my 3 kids with me and everything was just “okay,” nothing worth the price. My son’s chicken even came out half-cooked. When they took it back, it took about 15 minutes, and by the time it came out again, the rest of his food was already cold. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing and definitely not somewhere we’re rushing back to.

Every time I come into the Staten location-I have such an amazing experience. queen the Caribbean bartender is the sweetest! And he accent is mesmerizing. We ended up talking about where my family was from( Jamaica ) and all. Everything I ordered came out hot and cooked to my liking. Keep up the great work and I’ll definitely be back.
