Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was normal, however we waited over almost 1hour was insane. I took a peek in the kitchen wheee food was made and like 8-9 plates but there was no server taking it out. I only see three servers

Sat here at the bar trying to order food for a hour watching the woman on there phone not paying me no mind until I got upset and had to say something. Service such here

I love the Waitress as of isobel and I would love to have her again if I come back if it's on the weekend I love isobel

Isobel was phenomenal-tentative and aware without hovering, friendly, familiar, professional, and genuinely funny. I've had the pleasure of being served by her before, and somehow she's always better than the last time. She brings such great energy to the table and makes the whole dining experience feel fun and effortless. You can tell she truly loves what she does. One of the best in the game-give that woman a raise!

Love this Applebee's! They provide great service. Food is out at a good time and served hot! I normally get the wonton chicken tacos or their quesadillas, which is a must try. The only thing you may need is a sweater because its cold in there. Feels like 50 degrees. Overall love the atmosphere food and especially the service.

The ribs were inedible the food took so long and tasted like cardboard also portions were so little and we got charged for a game we didn’t play.

My daughter came her with her friend who are teenagers. They waited over 30 minutes to get appetizers and drinks. After waiting for over an hour after that, their meal did not come and they decided to cancel the order. There were workers in the bathroom just sitting there not working and taking up all the stalls. There were other people in the restaurant who were getting their meals before these kids. My daughter knows to tip at least 20% and it’s based on service. I understand that teens may have a history of not tipping, but also, if service is horrendous, and they are being ignored and discriminated against, why would they tip? Really sad as they were excited to eat dinner here. Chilis next door is so much better. There’s a reason why one place is packed out and the other has no one in there.

I can here with my brother on May 28th to get the all you can eat. And i no one came to attend us, we saw another group leave then that’s when we decided Applebees was a lost cause and went to Chili’s.
