I just had the best time at Applebees lol Not only am I die hard fan of the timeless spinach and artichoke dip but I had a great time chatting it up with Lauren at the bar! People tell me I can be particular but she made my cocktails perfectly and didn’t flinch when I wanted to go off menu even though it was hard to resist an old school Long Island Ice Tea in Staten Island! Thank you!

Sarah has been extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, she showed no manners, and she offered no basic courtesy at all. She didn’t say “enjoy” or acknowledge anything properly, and her behavior made the whole experience uncomfortable. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it immediately.

This is my favorite Applebee’s on the island. The atmosphere and service is amazing. Big shout out to supervisor Justin. Made my experience one I wouldn’t forget. Five stars for him !

It’s been such a long time since I’ve received such outstanding service at a restaurant. Our waitress Leila was amazing! She was so attentive and knowledgeable. She made sure we were taken care of. I’m visiting from Vegas and I’ll make sure to ask for Leila every time I visit!

Sophia was absolutely amazing!!!! Not only was she super attentive and great at her job but she was super duper sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like a guest of honor in her home. She was making sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our food the whole time. I will definitely be back to this location and i hope Sophia is my server every time!!

Stopped by the Applebee’s on Hylan Boulevard after a long, exhausting day at school, and let me tell you, Lauren completely turned my night around. She’s so sweet, friendly, and has the kind of smile that instantly makes you feel better 😊.

My wings were delicious 😋, and the drinks definitely hit the spot 🍹✨exactly what I needed! Lauren checks on you without hovering, makes you laugh, and honestly just gives the best vibes.

If you’re heading to Applebee’s on Hylan, do yourself a favor and go sit with Lauren. She’s truly the best!

I went this past week to Applebee's with a friend for Monday Night Football. We sat at the bar and had the most wonderful bartender, Lauren. The drinks were delicious, the hospitality was unmatched, and Lauren's personality is something to come back for. Best experience I've had at Applebee's in a long time, thanks to Lauren!
