Hands down the best deli on the island and it's not even close. The kind of place where they learn your name and treat you like you are their best customer. Have never once been disappointed with the food or the service it is always top notch. You literally cant go wrong here.

Love this place.....its like u step back into time! The food...the store...the genuine hospitality .....they also give back to those in need of food! Best of all Italian Heros...a must try is Chicken LuLu...its on a hero...with chick like Marsala ( brown gravy with fresh mozzarella melted) get the bread toated!!
This is a true classic NY Italian deli, and it feels like you are walking back in time. Ariemma’s Deli is an incredible hidden gem here in Staten Island, and the family is extremely kind and welcoming. The service and atmosphere blew me away, the food was incredible. I can’t wait to go back because there are so many things to try! Can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner ??

Best deli in all of Staten Island and probably the tri-state area. Everything they make is amazing, I have never had a bad thing from Ariemma’s. Their catering is over the top as well. Mario, his kids who work there as well as all the employees are always so nice and welcoming. They make you feel right at home and like you’re a part of their family. I’m a big fan of the chicken lulu!

This is a very old fashioned Italian Deli for take-out. They do take credit cards. The service is extremely friendly. You get a real family feel watching the regulars walk in and interact with one another like they have known each other for years. I ordered the Lulu chicken mini and the my kind of town. For being NY the Lulu is a great deal at 5$ for chicken cutlet with mozzarella and gravy. Very average but solid sandwhich. The star of the show for me however was the prosciutto on the my kind of town. Paired perfectly with fresh mozzarella and sun dried tomato. I only wish they had a mini version of every sandwhich so I could sample more of their huge selection. Will definitely return next time I'm in town.

Best Italian sandwich selection on Staten Island. Classic Italian soups. Best of the best. Truly authentic Italian sandwiches. I stopped by 11/03/23 around 10:30 and intended to post a picture of my flounder sandwich but when I unwrapped it my nose tilted my brain and I ate without taking a photo. Go visit Ariemma ...thank me later.?!

So I followed the yelp recommendation, looking for an excellent deli on Staten Island after fishing there. We were delighted with all of the predesigned sandwich formulas that were posted on the menu board. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were beyond generously proportioned. Everything was extremely fresh. The bread was perfect! I don't think there could be a more perfect deli experience. Only one table outside that was a little sticky. Perfect for takeout. Can't wait to go back. Lots of Italian things around the restaurant, including humorous T-shirts.
