I just ordered pozole and a few tamales off door dash and it was absolutely incredible. It took me back to my ex boyfriends Mexican family's cooking it was absolutely incredible. This is how you make pozole. And the pozole price was quite reasonable compared to most places. Limes were incredibly fresh and lettuce. The tostadas were absolute perfection and perfect crunch. The pork in the soup melt in your mouth. Well done it was funaminal. Absolute perfection. 10 outta 10....
I been eating from yrs tamales and they always test the same the good flavors are ... rajas (jalapeno tomato and cheese),salsa Verde(green sauce with chiken),mole(chicken in mole sauce)they made one that is the only that I dont like it...rojo( red sauce)and on the weekends they do sweet ones like red with raisins and yellow with pineapple ,the red with raisin is the good one
