After 20 years of buying almond pretzels at Staten Mall, I am truly disappointed. Today, I went to the second level Auntie Anne’s satellite store to purchase two almond pretzels. Upon arrival I was greeted friendly by a young man I asked for two almond pretzels and he said they don’t have anymore.Then a lady shouted from behind that she has more. The young man handed me two almond pretzels. Upon opening the bag to eat, I found the two pretzels to be as hard as plastic to bite on. I am disappointed in management in selling me what seem to be stale day old pretzels. They just lost a loyal customer today!

Door Dashed Auntie Anne’s really hits the spot. My fiance loves Pretzels. A trip to the mall just for Auntie Anne’s is tough especially during the holiday season so we door dashed it and it came quick and still warm.

Horrible experience. I am a new resident in NYC and while waiting for the ferry wanted to try the “famous” Auntie Ann. I noticed a promotion of a free pretzel when downloading the app and asked the very rude girl there about it and she responded that yes they have the promotion but it takes a long time to create the account (around 10 min). I said okay as I was really curious to try them. When I went to show her the promotion code after having completed the steps, she said: “I dont have dough and that would take extra 30 min”, while I could see the pretzels (many of them) ready. Obviously trying to not provide what they promised to me while also waisting my time. Will always associate these shops with her horrible attitude and customer service.

I had a reward for a free item and I went to the stand on the first floor and the worker told me to go to the one upstairs because she didn’t know how to redeem it for me. The problem here is the code is scannable for a couple of minutes and it would have expired before I got upstairs. So not only did I not get my free item but the coupon was wasted.

My family and I always love Auntie Anne’s pretzels so my review is not about the food. I am annoyed today because my dad wanted me to bring home pretzels and I went to the one downstairs right outside of Macy’s. What annoyed me was that I got cut in line TWICE!! Once by a family of about 4 and then by another woman. I like to be kind so I let that happen. Once it was my turn to be served, I was refused service and told to go upstairs while the lady working was on her phone. I should have said something but I don’t like to start drama and that’s why I didn’t say anything to the cutters. Also the second cutter had a few minute conversation with the worker which also annoyed me a bit but I’m glad the she at least apologized after taking all that time. How professional of you Auntie Anne’s!! All I wanted was to get some pretzel nuggets!! Pathetic service!!

Very expensive and they always say they can't give u your change because they don't have change ,and they never tell u they are short changing you and they keep the balance for themselves, beware

Terrible!!! Bought pepperoni pretzels and this is what I got, photo attached. More of that, all this was smashed inside of a cup in a disgusting way! Disgusting and ridiculous!!!!!both cups were same!!!

Used to be better went down hill now pretzels are kinda hard like they are not freshly made and never have pretzel dogs anymore its a shame

Love the pretzels, but we're giving up on that spot.The rewards don't work. The selection is limited. The staff have no answers and are unable or just unwilling to help rectify any order issues.For a pretzel, it's just not worth it.All the best!
