They use A LOT of butter, and it might be the reason the pretzels are so good. I always order 2 just in case. One with cinnamon and one plan. Auntie Anne's Pretzels is the perfect treat.
The pretzels are delicious and the customer service was great, BUT that being said anytime I try to leave a tip I get told that corporate will not allow it??? That is ridiculous, I worked in customer service for years when I was in college and it is not an easy job being happy and dealing with multiple people daily.
