Some of the best bagels I’ve ever had! I drive through Staten Island every once in while for work and since finding this place I will always make time to stop in and get one of their bagels 10/10. Workers are nice, services is fast, bagels are fantastic and so are their breakfast sandwiches!

Ordered one piece of beef sausage today which I’d had there many times before. It usually looks like a piece of kielbasa. What I received was 4 burned pieces of sausage links that had almost a meatless type of flavor. Which they claimed was their new beef sausage. I don’t like arguing with workers at stores so when they turned their ipad towards me for a tip I just declined. My dog would not even eat whatever that was. ??♂️
Definitely changed since I used to come back in the day. Not sure what nationality new owners are but foreign music and some language barriers.Terrible service and coffee. If you want to just drop by and order food to go that’s fine but I chose this place for Wi-Fi and it took 10 mins for them to even obtain the Wi-Fi password. They get all their coffee from keurig machines.A cleaner using bleach to clean the floors while I’m eating and when i asked for napkins he flat out ignored me.

Food waa good. We missed bfast specials by 5 min but server wouldnt give it to us. They could have given us more than 3 slices of bacon.Also server had perfume on her hands which got on the extra napkins she gave us. The smell was on my right hand. At first I didnt know what it was but I did figure it out. Server shouldnt be wearing perfume. People have allergies & at first I thought something was wrong with the food.

About three or four of the employees here have gross attitudes and are rude. One or two of the employees are nice and actually do their job but everything else takes forever. Most of them have an extremely hard time communicating and are also rude when they try to communicate. The employees behind the register besides maybe two of them are very slow and extremely rude. The employee Niveen is rude and has a gross attitude. She seemed very confused by a simple task and not sure how she has a job at all. A lot of them are this way but she’s the one who finally made me decide to stop going there. She should definitely be fired. The food behind the counter is decent. It’s mostly the employees faults besides the owner and two employees that’s a younger girl and a woman there who always do their jobs right.
