This is a quick stop convenience store / deli. No one ever stays for longer than 10 minutes as the food comes out pretty quickly and speedy. Although this was our first time we knew what we wanted as native Brooklyners. A plain to taste cream cheese bagel was all we needed to judge if this spot was worthy of praise like our other bagel spots in Brooklyn. Their bagels were decent. Not too doughy and not tough, the toasted bagel was surely crunchy which we do appreciate. It wasn't too thick which made it more pleasant as I personally do not like thick bagels. The cream cheese was excellent , delicious with a good amount of tang. But the cream cheese to bagel ration was a bit off. Wished they put more cream cheese , the rainbow bagel however was not sweet. You're really getting it for the color honestly. I've tried rainbow bagels elsewhere and they've always had a hint of sweetness. This place however does not. I do recommend coming here for a quick snack , sharing a bagel before or after going to the Staten Island mall.

IF I could give this bagel store a zero I would ….. one of the front workers killed a bug with her glove on behind the counter …And then continued to make the customers food without changing her glove ??I walked out and will NEVER RETURN!! All Mexican workers in there now that work for hardly anything…. And VERY NASTY!!

Bagels are great here...made on premises so they are warm and fresh if u get there early enough. Workers are very friendly and polite to customers.

Watch when any of the employees ring you up. They will over charge you make sure you calculate all your items and going up to the cashier knowing how much you will pay. Multiple times I will use apply pay and find out later on they charge me an extra $2. It’s not about the two bucks but if they do this to all their customers they are winning extra profits.
