They need to make more room in there maybe get rid of the iles and shelves n put a seating aka waiting area with a table n Nice to sit down and have a big screen TV and play QUICK DRAW!! Also more important it would be nice if they had a ticket order number machine so they can yell out a number when a order is ready and one person at a time can go to the register and pay instead of everyone hanging around on top of each other like animals lol...best bagels ever . Get rid of the shelves n stock and focus on the take out gold mine ..

These are the best bagels that’s I’ve had during my 27 years of living in NYC. Every time I fly back to visit family, I always make sure that I make the time to go to this specific bagel store to stock up. I can eat their plain bagels with nothing and enjoy it. They’re so big, dense, soft, fresh af since they’re made in the store, and just perfection. Highly recommend!

THE GUY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS TERRIBLE! I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I GOT THERE MY FOOD STILL WASNT READY! I HAD TO ORDER AGAIN! I ASKED FOR A EGG BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND BACON. THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED! WHEN I CALLED THE STORE REGARDING THE ISSUE, I KEPT GETTING HUNG UP ON! IVE BEEN COMING TO THIS PLACE FOR A WHILE AND ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE ! This has to be the most underrated place on Staten Island. Their breakfast is insanely delicious! Their bagels are soooo fresh and soft. I would definitely call my order in because they may be busy. Their body builder breakfast platter is amazing.

I went early in the am and got a toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Bagel was fresh and served hot. A container orange juice. The store is small and narrow but they have plenty of food items to choose from.
Parking: The parking lot is small and quite narrow. Sort of like the store itself.
