Morning time is an absolutely way better than night time , the lady always handles my food so nicely and always so kind ! Makes me want to always comeback . Fresh bagels you really have to catch this place in the mornings night time is just rude except for the cashiers . It does get busy in the morning but worth the wait might get something wrong but they don’t hesitate to correct it so nice .

Bala at Bagels R Us is an Excellent Manager. He runs the overnight shift and is the most courteous, professional, and nicest Food Service Manager I have ever met. The service him and his employees provide makes it an absolute pleasure to go to that store. Because of the service and quality of professionalism Bala always provides I have made Bagels R Us the only Deli I shop at now. All the Food I have ever gotten at Bagels R Us is absolutely delicious.
I was there and the guy making the sandwiches was very mean so was the cashier I didt not get anything my friend got roast beef sandwich very bad .

I love this bagel shop, but I’m just sick and tired of not getting what I asked for. I always get a bacon egg and cheese on a roll with salt pepper ketchup. CONSISTENTLY, I do not get the SPK. I get that maybe that’s something small, but it’s so simple and it just goes completely ignored time and time again and that’s incredibly frustrating.
