They have the best f Bagels and the best vegetable cream cheese I have ever had. Might be prepared because they are pricey

I hate this place but I love the bagels! There has not been I time I called and they answer. When they do they put you on hold forever! They never get the order right and when you say something they give you this look and basically say if you don’t like it don’t buy here. Good business mode!

The guy at the register is very rude, i went up to him to tell him I am ready to pay. He looked at me and looked away, then he call another customer all the way in the back and asked “are you ready?” He was purposely humiliating me and made me feel invisible.

I've given this place so many chances but they always mess up my order then when I bring it back to them for a refund everyone's rude and acts like I ordered it wrong. Paid on card but they throw cash at me and they don't even know how much they charged me for the bagel 10 minutes before. Serving me bacon when I do not eat bacon. Rude service, barely apologizes
The workers here need to start writing down orders, because half of the time I receive the wrong order and then get charged extra for something that was missing on my bagel. Not to mention the employees act mad as if I’m an inconvenience to them when I go back and tell them I received the wrong bagel/order. When I ask for a refund, the counter people don’t even know how much they’re charging for what I ordered. Don’t think I’ll be going here anymore for bagels.

Had a HORRIBLE experience this morning! I ordered a Greek wrap with eggs, turkey bacon and feta cheese. When I got home to eat it, I opened the wrapped and was hit by a NASTY rotten smell. As I inspected the wrap further, it was evident that the cheese was beyond spoiled. Being that they charged me $11 plus tax, I went back and NICELY told the man at the counter, who was clearly the owner, that there was a problem with the wrap. Without even looking at it, he angrily asked me what was wrong with it. I told him what the issue was and he literally THREW $8 at me. I was so taken back by how he treated me in front of a deli full of customers! My family will never be returning and I’m going to make sure the rest of Staten Island knows about this. OLD MAN, you can keep your ROTTEN attitude and cheese! Lol bye.

This place is the biggest ripoff ever make sure you ask how much something is before you buy it I got a small little container of scallion cream cheese and it was $12.99 a pound????!!!! I know prices have gone up but come on guys it's cream cheese... and a bagel with sky and cream cheese is $4.50!! Sorry I don't mind paying but feeling like I'm ripped off ..that's why ill never go back

Large selection of fresh warm bagels. A variety of sandwiches on bagels available along with many Italian style take home dinner items. Small sitting area outside to enjoy your bagel and coffee weather permitting. Very Long line but store is well staffed and line moves quickly. Always a good experience.
