I ordered a pizza I got cold. Not the woman said 10 minutes in an hour later it's not good the food should be warm the service sucks

I’m honestly starting to think this place does not have a manager. There is no way it can continue to be run like this. Might be the worst phone service I’ve EVERRRR experienced!! I really want to like this place. They didn’t want to deliver to me because I was 30 cents under the delivery minimum, when I live 5 minutes away. The food continues to be EHH. I thought it would all been fixed once they opened back up.

Service was terrible! Every time we ordered, our order was always late! One time we ordered a pizza an hour ago, they said they gave it away! We had to wait another 30 minutes and total we had to wait for an hour and we were late to our party! Not acceptable.

Bario’s never disappoints for us. We’ve catered from them a number of times for parties of 100+ people. We also order from them at least once a week. You cannot beat the $10 pie special.
They are super affordable and always have great deals throughout the year.
Lastly, they are extremely accommodating.

This place is great!! Definitely a great place to have a party. We had over 50 people for a surprise party. It was affordable and everything came out great, Food , service and set up. 5 stars definitely coming back to throw more parties here!!

The pizza really sucks. I got a sic slice with a hole in it. Ask for to be hot. And got it cold. I guess nobody cares anymore. That is what happens the owner is not there.

We love Bario's pizza! It is our kids favorite pie to order. We use them often for their party deals on the pies-- our guests always rave about how good it is and for the price, it's even better.
However, almost every time I call in to place an order, the girl(s) who answer the phone have the nastiest attitude. Really poor customer service. Last night, I actually hung up with her and decided not to order because she was so rude. I hope they can fix this, because not everyone will patron a place where they feel like they are a burden.
