Ordered a bday cake 2 days in advance and when I went to pick it up, they never made it. Had to fight them to get a refund as they told me to go online or come back in two days. I finally got my refund after a long argument. Will never order from Baskin Robin's OR this place again. From these reviews, I can't be wrong about this place. Not sure how Baskin-Robbins hasn't gone out of business yet. Poor management!

We ordered a cake that was over 60$ online and they haven't even made the cake when we ordered it two days before we needed it and yet they can't even give us our money back after not even making the cake in the first place,this place deserves to be sued for terrible service and no refunds we even had the order already done with proof via email!! Why does it say you’re open 24/7?
I came at 10:20 with my family (two kids). The door was open, no sign that it’s drive-thru only. We walked inside — and were rudely told “no service.” 1. There is a movie theater nearby — in the evening families with kids want ice cream. 2. Why is there no sign that after 10 pm it’s drive-thru only? Did you run out of paper? 3. Why is the door open inside? Just so your staff can assert themselves by sending customers outside, while sitting and eating pizza with friends?
At the same time, only one girl was actually working, while the supervisor gave her orders. The other staff and friends were eating pizza and relaxing outside — while a huge line of customers was waiting.
I went outside, stood in line with the cars. First they said I can’t order without a car. Then I got into my car, drove up — and still they refused. The girl said the supervisor (who was standing outside) didn’t want to give me the order. When I asked him directly, he rudely told me he wouldn’t serve me.
This is not customer service. Please review the video — the supervisor should take off his crown.

I gotta tell ya, this spot is the real deal! Had a birthday emergency and needed an ice cream cake—pronto—and they totally knocked it outta the park in under 24 hours. The cake? Fuggedaboutit! Soft, moist cake layers topped with insanely delicious ice cream, and the design was straight-up gorgeous. The staff was super friendly, made everything a breeze, and really went above and beyond to get it perfect. I’d give ’em ten stars if I could, but five’ll have to do! If you’re lookin’ for a top-notch birthday treat in a flash, this is the place to go—trust me. You won’t regret it!

They gave me the wrong order like the entire wrong order. I had it delivered. It was wrong and their number is out of service so there’s no way I can get help. This is completely unprofessional.

This place is not even deserving of 1 star- the staff is unbelievably rude. Ordered 1 scoop of Reece’s ice cream- the employee did not know what Reece’s was, telling me to point out which ice cream it was. I did, and he proceeded to curse under his breath. Then my friend orders vanilla, and the employee sighed, shook his head and rolled his eyes. Keep in mind we were waiting for 10 minutes in a completely empty store while he played on his phone. We didn’t rush him, just waited. Yet he was the one annoyed. Sorry you had to scoop some ice cream kid!

Would give zero stars if I could. I'm done ordering online from this place. Always get the wrong ice cream, missing toppings which were paid extra for (how do you have a Sundae without toppings?!), phone disconnected. Tonight the ice cream, which was the wrong flavor and was missing all toppings, tasted freezer burned. Order from them if you enjoy mystery boxes. Owners should be embarrassed!

99% guranteed to get the wrong flavored ice cream when you order through door dash or any delivery service. They just scoop whatever they want into a cup and throw it at the DoorDash guy. Keep up the effort ?.
