I just left this location and I must say the customer service is the best. I was there with an indecisive toddler and Zino was very helpful. Thank you guys ❤️

1. Not maintaining any social distancing, AT ALL inside the establishment. Even with masks and both my vaccines, I was very uneasy.2. I asked for a scoop of two flavors. She said, so, a double scoop? I was like, well, yeah, in total, sure. She hands me two scoops of the first flavor only. I questioned this, she was really confused. She did offer to correct it, but I did not need her to go out of her way. She was very pleasant.3. She begins to walk away.4. We ask about SPOONS?? oh, um, NO spoons... how about forks? (Since the only other option is to eat the ice cream with our hands, out of the cup...we said sure, we would make it work. Lol)Result: definitely a story to tell about my very first trip down to Staten Island, NY.

Just had to give a shout out to this location. I called last minute for a birthday cake and although they require at least 2 days advanced notice they still were able to accommodate me. The cake came out beautiful and delicious. My family was very happy. Thank you BR!

Clean baskin robins, ice cream is fresh. Customer service was great. Happy with my 2 scoop ice cream of regular vanilla.
