They got my all wrong and spit in my food and the ladys indian mole fell on it and the guy stutterd on my bagel highy recommend to not go here or else you will suffer.

On Friday (06/11/21) at approximately 01:08pm, I was nearly cheated out of $2.00 when a crew member made a mistake on my order. The manager (Mohammed) made the situation worse by trying to lie about the Avocado Toast I ordered as $4.99 when the menu actually says $2.99. When I corrected him for a refund, the manager then blames me for pointing all over the place when I only pointed at the avocado toast as advertised; and what's worse, to hide their wrongdoings, the manager and a crew member refused to provide their names; the manager told even went as far as ordering me to get out of his store for telling him to put on a mask and for addressing an issue about his incompetence for not knowing his own advertisements posted outside. It is also a health-code violation not to wear a mask as a fast-food worker. It is common sense to treat customers with respect and wear name tags to identify themselves, not by being rude to customers and hiding their names like escaped convicts, at the same time turning away customers by telling them to get out. Their inappropriate and rude behaviors makes the Dunkin Donut Franchise look bad, as if they were raised by farm animals. Not coming back here again. The man in the blue shirt is the manager I reported. He needs to be fired.

This location has its own parking lot, but they share the store with Baskin Robbins. Lines get long and you wind up standing in the exit door area. Employees are nice, coffee has always been fine.
