Ate here this week for my anniversary; first time at this bar/restaurant. Exceeded our expectations. Excellent, friendly attentive service, very reasonable prices, and be prepared to bring the extra food home; you cannot eat the generous portions. The stuffed chicken breast was simply amazing! The salads were a meal in and of themselves! On our way out we saw people at the bar eating Bella Mama Rose's pizza. It looked so good, and when they heard our compliments they offered us a slice, but we were too full to try that. We will be back to this best-kept secret on Staten Island's North shore!

Bella Mama's has been a remains a Staten Island staple. Upon my recent visit thankfully the experience that will all have come to love still exists, from the locals at the bar to the special attention to the customers which we all know has become a lost art on the island. The food is on point we choose the Pizza and the sausage with broccoli rabe both were amazing. The pizza is second to none with the beautiful oven strategically placed right in the front where you can see and smell what you are in store for...over all I am glad they are still here making their food with the same love and quality in years past.

We went there after a family funeral. The staff were very kind. The food was incredible. From the appetizers to the pizzas and entrees everything was prepared and cooked to perfection with care! Portions were large. Many of us took food home. Would recommend to anyone on Staten Island or if you live close by in Brooklyn. Most if us were from NJ but when we have a other family get together in Staten Island ( hopefully not another funeal) we will definitely come back.

The whole bar atmosphere is rustic feeling, and the bar itself has a romantic vibe, with its dark wood and exposed brick walls. My bartender, Alyssa, was very attentive, and her martinis were delicious! I never had to wait for a drink, and the tap beer was ice cold. Justin, was extremely nice, sociable, and made me feel like family, like we've known eachother for years. Bella Mama Rose is definetely a good night out, and I will be returning to enjoy a delicious dinner.

First time here. This is a Hidden Gem on Staten Island. The food was excellent, our waiter Nick was professional and helpful with our choices. The drinks were full, not like some places that give you small glasses. If you’re in the area this is a place not to be missed. I know we will be back. I don’t know where to start! Food was way above par…everything from penne a la vodka, calamari, eggplant, rice balls, Ceasar salad was highly delectable. Absolutely loved the old world charm as well. As for the service we were treated like family and never had to ask for anything. Must try the stuffed meatball! Highly recommend.
