The service was just as impressive, with friendly staff who made the visit feel easy and welcoming. The atmosphere was a bit simple, but still comfortable enough to enjoy everything. Absolutely adore this bakery. It’s adorable little bakery. The baked goods and food are absolutely delicious. The girls that work there unfortunately are a little for lack of a better word air headed. Not to say that they’re bad but you definitely have to explain things to them or tell them multiple times as to what you want. None of them could figure out how to use espresso machine so don’t even bother asking for anything from that machine.

Absolutely delicious and perfect! We ordered a simple, elegant three-tier white cake for our wedding and it could not have been better. The top tier was raspberry with vanilla sponge, the middle was Nutella cannoli with chocolate sponge, and the bottom was vanilla sponge with lemon custard. Every layer was incredible, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Our florist added fresh flowers, which made the cake look beautifully simple and timeless. The tasting experience with the bakery was just as wonderful, everything was fresh, flavorful, and very reasonably priced. We’re so grateful for how seamless and special they made this part of our wedding day.

Apparently grammar took the day off, right along with quality control. The cake itself was fine, but every time I looked at ‘Happy 33th Birthday,’ I was reminded I paid full price for something that flunked 3rd grade English. Sure, I should’ve checked before leaving, but silly me for expecting accuracy from a bakery whose entire job is to put words and numbers on cakes. Talk about embarrassing.

The girls behind counter were super sweet and even walked the cake out to my car because they had to put it in a really big box. Service was amazing and the cake was delicious. I will be ordering from them for every occasion now.

Hi, As I saw the last review I actually have the same issue. 3 days ago I went to get a cake and wanted to write on it too The women who were helping me out was nice I can tell she even let others know that i came first and she need to help me first however maybe because she was on a rush but I was trying to decide what cake I should get and the cakes were looking so bad I can tell they have been there for 2 weeks I was so hesitating but I ended up choosing one but the cakes was so unprofessional i can make a better cake than that it looked like it was done so fast the cream was not clean and the fruits were old. Tgere was another cake of tge same look so I asked to see it too because I was short to reach it but she was like its the same thing . !! I KNOW :) I was trying to see if the cream is a little bit more cleaner . Okay whatever I ended up paying 37dollars for a cake that was so old away from that. the cake was for my dad and it was chocolate squared cake she wrote on it IN PINK pinkkkk please was there no other options I was sooo disappointed I asked if we can change it she was like noo I give ideas she was like no okay thats not my problem you should offer another cake ? The cake was so bad I didn’t even want take picture of it it taste SO BAD and old nothing was fresh in that cake my stomach started hurting from one bite everyone literally took one bite and we threw all of the rest.
Its so sad how you don’t do your job with love when you’re sharing happy times like cakes are for happy times be a part of it let your customers remember you in those happy times and come back again and again and talk about you .

I never leave reviews (this is my first one), but my recent visit to Belli Baci was so disappointing that I felt the need to share my experience. We spent around $80 on a cake and assorted pastries, and unfortunately, the quality was far from what we expected. The cannoli filling tasted sour, almost as if the ricotta had gone bad, and it actually gave me a stomachache afterward. The cake we tried was dry, stale, or just lacked flavor, definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, barely engaging with customers and giving off the impression that they didn’t want to be there. For a bakery charging premium prices, I expected much better in both quality and service. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bakery experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.
