Belli Baci Bakery is hands-down one of the best bakeries I’ve visited in Staten Island. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh-baked bread and pastries wraps around you like a warm hug. Their chocolate bread is absolutely divine—rich, soft, and unforgettable. And don’t even get me started on the PB&J donut… it’s a nostalgic twist with a gourmet flair!
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is cozy and inviting. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee and pastry or picking up treats for a special occasion, this place delivers every time. You can tell they put love into everything they make.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—you won’t regret.

Website says closes 8pm. Traveled to this bakery to order a birthday cake at 7:00 pm and was told they are closed by the girl sweeping. I called she said their new hours are 7pm. I told her why we came there, she said sorry can't help. I asked when the owner was in and she said he is here. I asked to speak she said hold on and he never came on the phone. How cowardly can you be to disrespect a customer. I have shopped here for years.

This is a horrible place to order from! They got the order COMPLETELY wrong and I was also hung up on multiple times when trying to place an order which they proceeded to completely mess up. When I called to try and get my money back because they sent me the wrong order they offered me only a tiny portion of my money back. In addition, a few months before, my job placed a very large order which should have been delivered by 8am and it never showed up until almost 10am. I will NEVER order from there again.

Ordered a checker board cake and it was so dry it was close to the consistency of sand. Not worth 30$ at all. They don’t make bakeries like they used to. All their pastries look good but they don’t taste good by far. Never again.
This is the spot! I come from Jersey, best Cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life, check out their stuffed breads also delicious, 7 layer crumb cake also insane. Kudos to this place. I will be catering thanksgiving with their desserts.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place when it was on Arthurkill Road was amazing. Once they closed the Arthurkill location and condensed it with the Tottenville Bakery location it went downhill... FAST! The first time we ordered from the Tottenville location the food was horrible and the service was not much better. I chalked it up to growing pain and boy was I wrong. We tried again and it was the same thing. This last time I decided that Bella Baci would never be what it used to be. I placed an order online because it was convenient. When we went to pick up the food half our later that is when they decided to tell us they were out of pizza and one of the rolls. OK not a problem we substituted. I know what your thinking maybe they didn't have my phone number to let me know they ran out of items, but I specifically gave my number because that is what happened the second time. Once home we opened the bag to realize items were missing from our order, but it was too late because they were already closed. I know they are technically a bakery, but if you are going to offer a lunch and dinner options please make sure it is at least good or don't do it at all. If your specialty is bakery stick to what you know, but the bakery isn't that great either. Maybe it is because they are trying to be both. All I know is at the this location I gave them 3 chances and now I will never order from there again.
