I really love the food but the service is rough when you order food you have to double check your order because they always forget something (legit 4 times in a row got home and had to go back) and then if you order via 3rd party app they don't check it even when it says confirmed you walk in and they scramble and tell you 5 mins and it is another 15-20( multiple times) though it was bad days but happens so frequently it needs to be addressed. Food is great but service is something to be desired.....

Purchased a Sicilian Cassata cake and unlike other bakery/pastry shops on the island this guy knew what he was doing.Taste excellent. Quality excellent. Only one minor detail, doesn’t have as much decorative design on it that comes with it, but he did layer it well, and made a design out of candy fruit so that more than adequately made up for the lack of icing design. All in all a great experience, a good place to shop, great service, and the cookies thdt they made were so fresh thdt it was still spongy and warm. An amazing time.

I walked in not knowing what goodies I wanted- but friendly and helpful staff made excellent recommendations and I left extremely satisfied. Fyi, the chocolate crumb horn cake is DELICIOUS and the brownies will melt in your mouth..! Honestly, I'd give it more than five stars, if I could. Their location is pretty out of the way for me- but I'll *definitely* be coming back.

1. Had two orders . One they forgot to deliver it, you think they would refund the delivery fee. 2. Ran late on delivery time . Cupcakes were supposed to be in a number pattern. It looked like they threw it on the tray. At my own child’s party I had to sit there and re co figure it all.And to top it off had to pull a very long multiple strand of hair out of the center of a cupcake that a family member had to pull out (family member is bald) so it was not there’s. I will not be going back

I really want to give this place one star because I went there for donuts and cookies and I've eaten so much of them because they're so addicting. The cookies are phenomenal and the donut was really enjoyable as well. Tons to choose from. And it took a lot to walk away with just cookies and a donut.

Its like Entenmanns for Italians. I think every pastry in this place comes from a can or box. Its overly sweet and barely fresh. Can we get homemade Italian pastries on Staten Island?!!

we paid $54 for stale cookies. One of the canolis were empty, there was a little bit of filling at each end.. empty inside. WTH
