Better Gourmet Health Kitchen

We ordered 2 bison burgers, sweet potato fries, a Caesar salad wrap and chocolate chip cookies. Both burgers were a 5/10 at best, sweet potato fries were bland - we had to go home and re-season them, the wrap is good, but the cookies…. I could bake better cookies with 2 ingredients and blindfolded than whatever that monstrosity of a cookie was. The one cashier looked like she hated Staten Island, and the atmosphere was eerie. Never going back.

First of all don’t get me wrong for giving 5 stars as comparing to a high end restaurant. One must first of all understand this is not a fast food place but a healthy version of a fast food place , I’ve ordered the chicken pesto bowl for over a year now along w the blueberry banana smoothie w creatine, fiber , whey vanilla protein it’s yummy !! The only down side I’ve had w them so far was a new dish they had added , the ground beef bowl it was delicious the first time , after that I ordered again twice and it just wasn’t the same , so I just stuck with what’s never failed , been very consistent which is my favorite, the chicken pesto bowl . Tried a couple of their others popular bowls too and also very good and very consistent.

Great place for a healthy alternative to to fast food I ordered a wrap it was huge full of fresh veggies and tasty chicken will recommend to others.

Overall, this is one of the best Better Gourmet Restaurants with friendly staff that actually care for their customers. I would only recommend this location.

Excellent place for a healthy, refreshing meal! VERY clean dining room. Like…possibly the cleanest on the island not even joking. Very fresh tasting food. I cant recommend it enough.

Customer service unsatisfied today 5/25/23 because Sidney kept hanging up on my husband numerous times before was trying to finish the order and ready to provide debit card number Sidney very rude. Food was ordered 5:45 total was $47.00 which is a lot of money spent for two smoothies NPand MM, acai bowl, and quesadilla delivery was at 7:00pm it took over an hour for food to be delivered and NP was not full not thick and when he called back Sidney again did not want to hear the complaint of my husband so waiting another hour for the replacement. My husband would not order again very upset was He after a long day of work

I cant believed , i still never got ny order from 634pm and its 816pm now this never happened before to ,im. A very good customer also

Friday, February 24 I ordered a smoothie from better gourmet on Forest Avenue. I often buy smoothies there and I also make my own smoothies. This time their smoothie Contant had more ice than flavor of the ingredients in the smoothie I called and I explain to them I will not be in tue area, and the smoothie is icy. Can I get a comp for the next one or my money back. The young girl that answered, spoke to someone and came back on the phone and told me that they could only give me a smoothie the same day they couldn’t honor it another day. I am very disappointed About their response I don’t think I’ll shop there anymore and they should have better customer service for all customers.

Ordered food and smoothies and everything was delicious. The bacon bbq melt hot bowl the prime hot bowl were both cooked and had a lot of flavor. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Food and ambiance was great. Friendly staff as well. Hard to find healthy foods places with so many fast foods available.

I usually get a smoothie… cucumber, apple, pineapple, ginger…..Fast and friendly. Cares about customers.Place is very clean, has AC, and has seating inside.Has lots of healthy food options from salads to burgers and pizza that is gluten free.I went around lunchtime.Not a lot of places to park but it looks like they are on some delivery apps like Doordash.Will def be coming back.
