Better Gourmet Health Kitchen

I eat here for breakfast, lunch or dinner at least once a week for the past few months. Sometimes (most times) 4-5x a week. The food is delicious & the smoothies are perfect. (warning they are addicting) I lost over 25 lbs in 4 months. They really know how to make good food taste good. All of the staff is very friendly and patient with my annoying requests. I would like to specifically thank anna for always being so kind and asking literally every single time how is/was everything making sure my experience stays good. Half the time i forget to ask for a side of honey mustard or barbecue and if she’s the one taking the order she always remembers to throw one in there. Small things like that will keep a happy customer forever. Thank you all for this amazing establishment!

The food and services here are second to none. Anna makes the BEST smoothies!! Everything you order is fresh and the employees are always super friendly and so knowledgeable about their menu items.

Anna could not be nicer and more helpful! She was so sweet and made sure all my food came out correctly and made sure everything was ok after I was done! She was so professional and a major reason I’ll be ordering from Better Gourmet on Huguenot again. Thank you Anna you were incredible!!

had such a great wrap here today. it was giant - was able to take half home. you can tell the chicken is grilled and def not fried or any oils to make it unhealthy - smoothies are great. they use real fruit not a puree. love this place

The food here is so delicious, you do not have to feel bad when you order out! I love that there is a healthy grab and go option right in my neighborhood. The staff here is also great, they are always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend better! It is a must try.

Have been getting Better as a healthy pleasure for about the last year now and was surprised to see such low reviews. The cost is a bit pricey, but that should be expected going in. Have you seen the cost to quantity/quality ratio at chipotle recently? Just wanted to share what's a very healthy and enjoyable lunch/dinner for $15.

Starting this post off by saying Better Gourmet kitchen is absolutely disgusting. As a place that prides itself in healthy food they should really wash their produce. I’m going to post a disturbing video attached to this post and if you choose to continue to support this establishment, stop reading right now. Specifically the store on Hugeonot Ave.A live insect came off of a piece of lettuce on my fork clutching a piece of crouton. I don’t care what anyone says about it being tiny or harmless. If there’s bugs in their food I could only imagine how filthy their kitchen is. Kicking its legs on my kitchen table and probably screaming for help as am I right now. Better, ya gotta do better.

I've been going to this place for a long time and I order the same thing Caesar wrap no meat or Mediterranean wrap no meat. The food at this place is very good but today was not good at all.
I ordered the usual Caesar wrap no meat with avocado, the lady who took my order repeated my order back to me when I went to pick up the food the receipt said my order. when I paid for my food and took it back to my car I started to eat it and to my shock there was chunks of chicken in it that caused me to be nauseous because I do not eat meat, poultry, pork,beef non of that I was very upset. I went back in and spoke to the ladies at the desk about the error that the cooks who prepared the food made. I spoke loud enough where the cooks can hear me I expressed that they have to be careful when preparing individuals food because there are vegetarians, vegans and those who can be allergic to some type of food. Today was not a good day at that place.
I would like to add that the ladies at the front did nothing wrong they were very apologetic.
