Blue is fantastic restaurant for entire meal and ambiance. From appetizers to the main course to the huge cargo ships and tug boats going by, this has become my favorite restaurant on Staten Island! Octopus, baked claims, thai calamari, lamb meatballs all terrific and thats just appetizers. All of it just delicious!

Outstanding experience from cocktails to dessert! We were a party of 4 and seated by the window with a view of the water. Two of us had the salmon and two had the rack of lamb. The salmon was covered in a teriyaki sauce and served over a bed of salad that included apples and figs. Never had a better salmon dish! The service was top notch as well.

The food here is always on point. I arrived and had a drink at the bar. The staff was super friendly and the drink was perfectly made. The bar area was clean and as soon as clients got up from the bar, the bartender Nelson was right there cleaning up. The manager and hostess checked me in before my reservation time. They escorted me to the side room which was a first for me. The windows give you a nice scenic view of passing ships and the railroad track was cool. There is no train...
