AMAZINGLY gorgeous space that offers such a wonderful menu, atmosphere and vibe!!! The food was excellent…the presentation spectacular and how they manage to highlight every single detail of the experience leaving no stone (or oyster) unturned amazed us!!! We can’t wait to go back!!! BRAVO!!!!!

Excellent dining experience. The ambiance was elegant, and the staff were extremely attentive—we didn’t need to ask for anything to be refilled or cleared. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. I was there for my birthday, and our waiter gave us a complimentary shot of one of their popular drinks. Management came around 4x throughout our meal to make sure everything was up to par. We also liked that there was a gentleman at the door checking to see if you had a reservation before entering. We will certainly be returning. Thank you for a great evening!

We had an event here and it was embarrassing the food was not good not enough staff we didn’t even have enough bread on the table for 8 people only 6 pieces and when we requested more the manger said let me see what I can do !! Are u kidding !?!? By far one of the worst experiences on Staten Island for a private event !! Never again the biggest hazard was a leak from the ceiling and we had two family members slip and fall it’s a no for us !!!

Yesterday was my 74 birthday my best friend invited me to Blue Pearl restaurant i always wanted to try it .we got in the host put us on a table fare aways from other customer. Then gave us the menue for wine cocktail and left no one came to our table to ask if we wanted a drink or water not even bring us bread nothing we just left there . It was only i think four tables occupied all the waiters were in the back serving the other customer .talking to each other no one came over . Waited for someone nothing after ten fifteen minutes still on one came ask if we waited a drink and bring us the other menu we left not even the host at the door look at us he was to busy talking to a other person . You are a fancy restaurant but that is it . I never all my life going to very expensive restaurant treated this way . All my life travel a lot beautiful expensive place never been left at a table without having a person make sure we had everything we needed . Your place nothing

The first time i came to this restaurant it was amazing. This second time it was very disappointing, the sushi and steak took almost an hour to come out when the restaurant was empty. Instead of seating me where it was an open table I had to sit at a smaller one when i was told it was reserved when it wasn't. The sushi came out looking like it was from 7/11. Very disappointed.

Blue Pearl provides a romantic waterfront dining experience, where its interior design is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. They have a second floor area and a private room for those who would like a more intimate and quiet dining experience. Vivien and Diogo took great care of us and kindly helped remedied the mild issues we encountered. For drinks my wife ordered the taro tea latte which was on the sweeter side, and I ordered the regular iced latte, which was on the milder side. The taro was definitely better than the regular latte, but that's just our subjective perspective. We ordered the matcha pancake to share, which had a nice balance between the bitterness of the matcha cream and sauce, and the sweet and tanginess of its fresh pineapple and strawberry accompaniment! We also had the lobster bisque lobster roll, where although the portion is quite tiny (as evident in the picture with the strawberry for size comparison), it was still quite flavorful and fresh; definitely interested to try their truffle flavor next time! Our steak and eggs brunch was delicious, where the savory black garlic aioli paired perfectly with the steak and potato Mille-feuille. Overall the food was good and the service was great. Vivien and Diolo both checked in on us multiple times and definitely cared to provide us with an optimal dining experience. We came for brunch and would love to come back for dinner one day. The only minor critique I have was a pesky little fly roaming around our dining table, which I understand can happen at times, but I hope something can be done to ensure it doesn't detract from the romantic and elegant dining experience that Blue Pearl strives to provide! So if you're looking for a romantic and intimate dining experience with a spectacular waterfront view, Blue Pearl definitely fits that description!

This is an elegant restaurant with nice meals. We strongly recommend making a reservation and if you have kids tell them. My wife and I had sea bass and filet mignon which were cook perfectly as requested. In addition, they can make some accommodations to the meals if you have an allergy or just don’t like it. Lastly, the restaurant manager will visit you twice to ensure your dining experience is great and if you have any feedback to share it with him. Dining there in the evening presents with one or both views of the NYC skyline and/or the Verrazzano Bridge. When you turn into the complex make the first right and go through the garage to find temporary free parking.

If I can leave 10 stars for service, I would! Had a great first dining experience at Blue pearl with my friend and my 3 month old baby. Initially we had reservations at 5 but they don’t allow kids after 5 (which I totally respect). The manager was so accommodating and made sure we could come at 4:30 and stay as long as we wanted. We never felt rushed. Our Portuguese waiter (unfortunately didn’t catch his name), was charming!
The food was super yummy! We had the lobster and shrimp roll, the mushroom crispy rice, and fatty tuna crudo for starters and the general tso and crab cakes for mains! My friend had some lovely martinis and I had wine.
I wish it wasn’t so pricey because I’d come all the time! I’ll definitely be back for a proper date night to get a feel for the nightlife vibe! The music was amazing for a Monday afternoon!
