This establishment makes amazing drinks ONLY when the guy is working. There's a women who works here that is incredibly rude and makes water down drinks. She also has a habit of overcharging $1. When I confronted her about the overcharged drink she couldn't hold in her smirk and came up with an excuse of her using "special tea". I insisted of her giving me back my money. At this point I just wanted a full refund, not only for the poor quality drink, the blatant theft but just for the complete lack of intergerty and honesty. I don't usually post negative reviews but she deserves it. I feel bad for the guy that's actually customer service centric and makes great drinks that's why I'm only giving 3 stars and not a 1 star. I'll let him know about what occurred and post an updated review based on his response. So a recap about my visit and what you readers should be aware of, guy is great ? . You see the women get out of there ASAP. Also ask for the receipt to see if they're charging you correctly!

DO NOT go there if there’s a lady working.She makes terrible boba and is racist she thinks ima steal because of my color. I ordered 2 drinks she only gave me 1 back until I gave her the money. Im giving this a 3 star because of the service and food. The guy that NORMALLY works there is good but that lady has got to GO.

I was leaving my appointment and went to google maps to find a Boba location near by. This is a little hole in wall that's been around for 4 years or so. The gentleman was helpful in accommodating my order for a taro & coconut slushee with a little sugar. The slushee was creamy like a smoothie texture. It was very delicious !! The prices are reasonable and I will be back for more.

Very kind workers and some great tasting drinks ?I even had less money than I thought I did so I couldn’t tip him and he wouldn’t take partial card payment so that I can tip him in cash.Glad I stumbled upon this quaint place.
