From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. Although early, it was decorated for the Christmas holiday which was a nice touch. Our server was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very considerate with time. Our appetizer and entree were delicious as was the mouth watering dessert. My only complaint was that we had to leave and miss the talented singer. Next time will plan accordingly.

Osteria Bocelli's is a great find in a borough flooded with Italian restaurants. Though pricey, the food quality and presentation is outstanding. The appetizer (arancini), Mela salad (with apples, walnuts and goat cheese) dressed in a honey lemon-thyme dressing; mains: striped bass with zucchini special, and parpardelle al champagne (with lovely homemade noodles, lobster tail, shrimp, asparagus, in a champagne crema were all very delightful. Our desserts of tiramisu and apple pie gelato were perfect sweet endings to our birthday celebration! We will be back for special occasions.

We've been her before, so I know the good is delish. However, our last visit? We walked out. No one even noticed. It was really busy. And rather than wait for them to put a table together, we decided to grab a table in the bar area. Host brought us to a table where the staff had been folding napkins and had left their supplies on table. We only had 1 chair, had to wait for that. No one came for to greet us, serve us, bring menus. We were right next to the bar so we stood up to order drinks. Took another 10-15 minutes. We walked out. It was so packed they were sticking tables everywhere where you could walk through without going through a maze. They packed them in so tight I don't know how a fire marshal hasn't been by there. It was also extremely loud. I think they should turn away guests when it gets to the maximum point. It gave me the impression of greed and really bad service

And I must say that Boceli is truly a classic, outstanding restaurant. Every dish is carefully chosen, perfectly prepared, and reflects the real spirit of Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is wonderful — warm, elegant, with timeless wooden classics. Service is impeccable: the waiters are attentive, professional, and always welcoming. My deepest respect to the boss and the chef of this establishment!
The wine selection is excellent, the presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and the always smiling staff makes the experience even more special.

Dinner at Bocelli's is always a special evening. They greet you like family. Members of the staff come over to the table and introduce themselves. A very Manhattan-like experience you really can't find elsewhere on Staten Island. Well/done all around.

My dad knows Angelo and he took me and my friends and boyfriend here for my 21st birthday a few years ago. The service, atmosphere and food was nothing short of spectacular! Everything is so fresh, from the sangria to the food infront of you. Every bite taste like the first! If there’s ever a zombie apocalypse you will find me here. It’s literally that good! I’ve been to a lot of places and this is easily my top 1! Their salad is also delicious! The staff was so welcoming I felt like I was at home! If you’re ever looking for good, authentic, and fresh Italian cuisine, this is the number 1 spot! I promise you won’t be disappointed! I willl definitely be coming back!!

Great food, service was good. Seated right in front of the entertainment - like 2 feet away. Entertainment was great and very polite and professional and even acknowledged how close we were sitting. However, hard to have a normal conversation. Noise level just too much.
