Dinner at Bocelli's is always a special evening. They greet you like family. Members of the staff come over to the table and introduce themselves. A very Manhattan-like experience you really can't find elsewhere on Staten Island. Well/done all around.

Great food, service was good. Seated right in front of the entertainment - like 2 feet away. Entertainment was great and very polite and professional and even acknowledged how close we were sitting. However, hard to have a normal conversation. Noise level just too much.

We picked this place as it was in the middle for meeting our friends from NJ and us on Long Island. I looked at a number of Italian places on Staten Island and Bocelli seemed to fit the bill. Service was TOP notch from PROFESSIONAL staff. Food portions were huge. Specials of the day were fantastic. The interior brings back memories of Florence, Italy. As Arnold likes to say: "I'll be back".

Had an excellent time on my wife's birthday. It's an incredible place to visit for a family dinner. Everyone is attentive and helpful. The staff is wonderful. Franco took time to show my daughters a magic trick. These type of gestures including a visit to the table by owner make this place very special

Very unusual experience at Bocelli's last night Only one waiter to service the entire restaurant with air conditioning barely working. It was uncomfortably warm. The corn risotto on my entrée was substituted for creamy mixed vegetables. There was only two types of cheesecake and two other dessert desserts available..
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience, we arrived on time seated immediately that was wonderful. I hate doing this type of thing BUT it started with our drinks I ordered an Aperal spritz it was cough syrup my husband said please don't say anything order something else I ordered the Margarita my daughter ordered another drink I don't remember what but again HORRIBLE I told my husband taste it and he said ok ok all 3 drinks were horrible, I left them on the table so they were very visible not one person asked what was wrong ESPECIALLY after it was clear that I ordered another without finishing the first. Now the apps stuffed zucchini flowers tasteless, octopus burned beyond saving it was like chewing burned tasteless gum The sweet & sour calamari would have been good if it in fact had sauce there is so much extra nonsense on the plates in general maybe they think this will mask the NON TASTE Mains my husband enjoyed his stuffed chop My daughter said her pasta with some seafood was good My filet mignon was tasteless my fries were cold greasy and felt like leftovers So all in all very disappointed we will never go back here it's over rated over expensive and just a complete disappointment

Absolutely outstanding! This Italian restaurant is a true gem. The food was phenomenal — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was cooked to perfection. You can really taste the care and authenticity in each bite.
On top of that, the service was amazing. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They were knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations.

Terrific ambience and food! I have to say that I felt that I was in Italy at this restaurant. The decor and vibe it's so cool and the food OUTSTANDING! We had appetizers and two pasta dishes and the flavors were something out of this world, also the portions are very generous. All around a very pleasant night served by a awesome staff and eating great food!
