They had someone singing karaoke on a Friday night, bass thumping…
Drinks were good.
Ordered the mussels and escargot, both were bad. Decided to end the meal then.
This restaurant never disappoints. Stefano always makes his guests feel welcome and the food is always perfect.
We did the clams casino, French onion soup, beet salad, ricotta stuffed ravioli, and the lemon chicken with green beans. Everything was fabulous. The chef even came over to our table and spoke to us about his mother, about his authentic Italian oregano, and offered us a drink. He was so kind and the vibe of the place was really nice. We drove almost an hour away from Brooklyn and will definitely be back!
This was our first visit to Bocelli. The staff and cuisine were all World Class. Attention to details all around exceed our expectations. Easily my new favorite restaurant on Staten Island.
I made reservations for 6pm, was told to sit at the bar while they get the table ready. Another couple walks in way after us maybe 30 minutes they sit at the bar also to wait. Host comes up to my girlfriend and I and said 5 more minutes and then to the other couple and told them 10 more minutes. For some reason the other couple that came 30 minutes after us got seated first. We were seated at exactly 645pm. 45 minute wait to sit when the restaurant wasn't busy at all is a bit much to me and they took the other couple first. Maybe because my girlfriend and I look young and because im Asian. I was the only minority there so I'm not sure, but that's the vibe I felt. Other than that the food was very good and the service from our waiter was great.
Excellent atmosphere, service, & food. Great Italian cuisine.

Had a wonderful meal, ricotta stuffed rigatoni in Marsala sauce with filet tips. 95th birthday celebration.
It was so rude that you tell your client that you should left the table for other one .. + food came cold .. I dont recommend that restaurant for luxury dinner . Just alright but it expensive if u compare it to service .. cus the service was not professional..

First time i see when the waiter bring the check,he write the tip with his handwriting.
It’s not about the amount of the tip because I always tip in the right way,but i think it’s disrespectful and maybe against the law too.
From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. Although early, it was decorated for the Christmas holiday which was a nice touch. Our server was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very considerate with time. Our appetizer and entree were delicious as was the mouth watering dessert. My only complaint was that we had to leave and miss the talented singer. Next time will plan accordingly.
