Last night I took my wife and three children here for a bite to eat. We were greeted upon entering which is always nice to be acknowledged as a patron. The two men behind the counter were preparing orders already but they were quick. We were ordering withing two minutes. Christian and Rafael were their names. They were so attentive and efficient we had our food within minutes. We sat down and started eating and the food was out of this world. Then they brought out churros on the house that the kids loved. They were so kind. You don't see that a lot anymore. Especially in fast food places. The place was spotless. Very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Quesadilla, tacos or burritos. And the prices are very good!!! Thank you Christian and Rafael for the wonderful experience.

Worst burrito bowl I have ever eaten in my life.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
God awful food.
I would feed to a dog.

In fact, let's go ingredient by ingredient:
Seasoned brown rice - might have had salt added to it, but I'm not sure. Aside that - 0 flavor. Oh, and it was white rice, not brown. Provided 80% of burrito bowl portion. Solid. 0/5

Seasoned black beans - could still taste the aluminum of the can they came out of. 0 seasoning. 0 effort. Gross. 0/5

"Hibachi steak" - probably had 1 oz of chewy, dry, leathery beef of some sort. Positively disgusting. 0/5

Chipotle crema - tasted like mayonnaise. on a burrito. disgusting. 0/5

House made salsa - Tomatoes. Literally just chopped tomatoes. 0/5

corn salsa - tasted like plain corn. I love corn. 1/5

This place has an incredible staff, is clean and the best boneless wings on Staten Island.

Places itself is fine but its clear management is lacking, the food quality is subpar from last time i ordered so its 50/50 to me. McDonald is more consistant.

Food is terrible. I had 4 bowls and 2 egg rolls and 1 fries. Only the eggroll was somewhat ok. But still it was oversalted like the bowls. And I mean its really salty. The chicken was too dry and the sauces i had which was the siracha ranch were salty as well. I wanted to give this place a shot as I love qdoba and chipotle and this place had options that neither of them had. But unfortunately I won't be eating here anymore as the standard chicken bowl is terrible. I think they need to do a taste test on their own and review their own products. It could be the chef or whoever mistaken an ingredient with salt. But as a first experience it's terrible. I should have looked at the reviews on Google before ordering on ubereats. I would have not ordered seeing all these negative reviews. But that's my mistake for not doing my due diligence.Ps curly fries were overcooked/dried out. For those interested.

Visited the establishment for lunch. Great atmosphere and ambience. The employees were respectful and welcoming. They made my meal with no complaints or errors.Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The food here was below average and took a very long time to reach us. I went to the bubakoos in Bay Street and it had significantly better service and was generally cleaner. The food at this location was also expensive and burnt. Overall, it was very disappointing.
