Food is terrible. I had 4 bowls and 2 egg rolls and 1 fries. Only the eggroll was somewhat ok. But still it was oversalted like the bowls. And I mean its really salty. The chicken was too dry and the sauces i had which was the siracha ranch were salty as well. I wanted to give this place a shot as I love qdoba and chipotle and this place had options that neither of them had. But unfortunately I won't be eating here anymore as the standard chicken bowl is terrible. I think they need to do a taste test on their own and review their own products. It could be the chef or whoever mistaken an ingredient with salt. But as a first experience it's terrible. I should have looked at the reviews on Google before ordering on ubereats. I would have not ordered seeing all these negative reviews. But that's my mistake for not doing my due diligence.Ps curly fries were overcooked/dried out. For those interested.

The food here was below average and took a very long time to reach us. I went to the bubakoos in Bay Street and it had significantly better service and was generally cleaner. The food at this location was also expensive and burnt. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Considering I never had any issues with bubbakoos in the jersey locations I had super high expectations. Food was made so sloppy and the workers were rushing everything and were hostile. I was hoping the food would makeup for it but the portions were extremely small and not worth the 16 dollars I paid. Unfortunate that this place can’t live up to it’s franchise standards.

Barely any shredded chicken and tasted old, like it spoiled. More lettuce and rice than anything else. Completely inedible. Waste of money. Only thing good was the chips and queso. 1/4 bag of chips and a small cup a queso for about $7.
This place is always understaffed. Food is always so messy and seems like its made to serve dogs. It sucks because I really did enjoy the food at first but the service and atmosphere has downgraded tremendously, a huge shame.

I ordered a burrito with steak. I spoke Unfortunately, it was hard as a piece of rope. My suggestion do not buy that again and also My Wife had a three taco three tacos if My Wife says that her tacos is much better than this place. That means one thing don't go back there again won't see me there again nor my wife.

Bubbakoo's Burritos has a few ingredient variations that sets it apart from the likes of Moe's, Chipotle, and Qdoba.Some of those things are some fun and tasty sauces and dry flavorings like BBQ and Nashville Hot to add to your meals and also some currently rare ingredient options like fried cauliflower.Like most other food chains, they also have an app. It's a great way to figure out what your order is going to be without waiting in line and asking tons of questions as to what's available. The app also comes with benefits of a loyalty rewards program, free cookie on your birthday, and other little perks. I got a free order of chips + queso with my rewards club sign up.The parking lot is busy and I ended up parking a good distance away to get a spot.I think the fountain drink prices are pretty high - I paid about $3.25 or so for a small fountain drink cup but ultimately the value is still good for meal overall.If you want a fountain drink but order through the app, you might have to order the drink separately. There wasn't an option to add that to my mobile order.The location is clean and staff is friendly.Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options and ingredients available including fajita veggies, guac, and fried cauliflowerParking: Shared parking lot in a busy business complexDietary restrictions: Plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions like gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan

I am not a picky person to begin with. But this was a Terrible burrito entirely FILLED with rice. I paid for extra steak and there was hardly any steak to begin with. Burrito does not even come with a sauce on the side. For a place that has the word BURRITO in the name it did not even come close. Last time ordering from here.
