The service is terrible, we asked for the check and they never came back we have to go pay at the front. The server was rude, I wouldn’t go back at this place.

It was ok. Probably wont go back. Our waiter was super sweet and helpful but the whole place was very disorganized considering it was empty. Everything was slow and the food was meh.

They're bunch of workers at this location that are very rude and lazy, been there before and had to wait 40 minutes for our waitress to come back with our order when the place was not even busy, attitudes were very unprofessional. Would not recommend this establishment at all, GO TO WINGSTOP !!!

First and last visit.
I was really excited to try this place for the first time, but the experience quickly went downhill. When I tried to order the cheesesteak, I was told not to because “the bread was too hard and chewy” Then I asked about the iced tea and was told we “wouldn’t like it.” That alone felt off, but we decided to stay and order something else.
The biggest issue came with the kids’ meal. My 3-year-old refused to eat her chicken fingers, and I assumed she was just being picky until I tried one. They were extremely spicy way too hot for something labeled as a children’s item. Completely inappropriate for kids.
To top it all off, as we were leaving, my daughter tripped in the parking lot and hit her head. My wife rushed back in to ask for a cup of ice and explained what happened. The employee behind the bar responded with “it’ll just be one minute” turned back around and continued chatting with a coworker showing zero urgency, care, or empathy.
Really disappointing experience from start to finish. We won’t be coming back.

I’m sitting here as I write this, Sunday afternoon during the NFL season. The place is more than half empty. The service and turnaround time is horrendous. Beers taking 15min, apps that they have for happy hour taking 20+ min and that’s after I have to remind them that we haven’t gotten them yet. Our waitress barely comes to the table and I can’t even find her on the floor most of the time. In fact most of the staff appears to be sitting at the high tops or in the kitchen. We asked to sit at an empty booth and were refused. An hour and a half and we haven’t even gotten to order entrees yet. And forget about bussing the table, we are just stacking trays and glasses, she grabs the menus but leaves all the dirty stuff. We just reminded her about another appetizer and she seemed amazed we hadn’t gotten it yet…excuse me, you’re our server. I’ve lived in numerous states and travel for work, BWW is one of my favorite football spots. This is my first time at one in Staten Island or NY, it must just be acceptable here to just not care, at all. Thank god we are just killing time before the Chiefs game at MetLife and this isn’t our normal location.

The food was cold, hard, and tasted like it was from two days ago. It looked more like someone’s leftovers it has some spot of sause . Not clean and bad presentation.

Only reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the waitress comp a food for me for mistaking a service. Other than that service is slow. Food i knew isn't the best. They renamed a lot of the food with just different sauces and toppings thats about it. Plus the food isn't that great. Food is expensive just to pay for the expense of the sports bar which i understand, but quality isn't there. They need to improve on the food quality and the service. If food quality and service matches up to the price then it can be better. At the same time its chaine so I knew the food would be horrible while the entertainment such as TV is good. Just basically paying for the experience of watching the TV thats about it. Chicken sandwich is small that can barely fill you up. The appetizers is like too salty or mushy. They serve a bunch of fries thats barely even taste any good. I get inflation is there unfortunately this chain restaurant is going down. I find that what I blame flr the most that its corporate. Corporate means dont care about the employees or managers. Only care about the money. Which is why the food and service is horrible. Only there for the tv

Service was horrendous took an hour to get appetizers. Food came out lukewarm and couldn’t even get an apology. Meanwhile the place was dead and they claimed kitchen was backed up.

Rhonda was actually the worst server I think I’ve ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes to get drink orders taken/ even see her face, and then waited 30 minutes to get our check after we ate. She literally did not care in the slightest. I had to ask the busboy for a take home container and asked the bartender to ring me up. Rhonda was too busy talking on her phone in the bathroom and sitting at a table with other customers. It amazes me that people like this don’t get fired lmao. Food was great though!

I ordered wings and fries
My food came out after 2hr and half later.
Food is already cold and dry
Also some ordered was missing but I have no energy to complain.
I never ever goback again.

This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant, let alone a national chain like Buffalo Wild Wings.

We placed a simple order for wings and wedges — nothing complicated — and ended up waiting over TWO HOURS with no updates, no communication, and no staff anywhere in sight. The front counter was completely unattended for long stretches of time, and it felt like the entire team was hiding in the back to avoid customers.

When I finally managed to flag someone down (after being ignored for far too long), I was told they couldn’t even issue a refund on the spot. Instead, I was told they would “take my information and do it later.” No apology. No manager available. No ownership of the situation whatsoever.

This level of disorganization, neglect, and outright disrespect for paying customers is unacceptable. Buffalo Wild Wings should be embarrassed to have its name attached to this kind of operation. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before spending a single dollar here.

Gabi as our server was excellent very attentive and kind. Mike the manager on duty made sure we had everything we wanted. They both made our night after a long work day.
