I’ve been ordering for the mall more consistently and I have to say this is the freshest BK in Staten Island. You can also watch your food being prepared which is a plus. Great staff and good food!

Horrible I order a big fish a medium which is 14 and change. they would not use my coupons they say they are not a sit down restaurant I also ordered onions rings which weren't that hot it cost me 20 bucks never again. I sit down on the other side of the eatery and I get all my food ready to eat then open the sandwich and Guess what it was a hamburger I had to go all the way back and get another, sandwich and fries and Onion rings this was horrible the price and the whole situation never again prices for that place was nuts. No more eating at the mall Burger King..

I go to this Burger King all the time and theres these two workers who are so nice smile good always make sure i got everything in my bag I think their names are Brian and i don't know the other one but he’s a white kid…To everyone reading this come here and get served by these two they make your day great.

Rude staff members at this Burger King in the Staten mall, Not one member of the staff even acknowledged me or asked if I needed to place an order. No wonder it closed down the first time, these team members need to be retrained or fired. Either way I don’t see this Burger King lasting long at all.

Visited on a very busy Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was spotless and run efficiently. Anthony (manager) was attentive to both his staff and customers, and everyone working seemed happy, courteous and kind. Food was fresh and despite how busy it was, didn’t take long to serve. Loved the self ordering kiosks and the nostalgic Burger King crowns for the kids at the counter.

Digusting service for just reopening they need to close them back again. The workers are respectful they keep telling us they’re new and we need to wait. They also don’t allow you to use The points or offers on the Burger King app. They are not ready for the holiday season or to be an operating Business.

I ordered bacon jr cheese burger meal with onion rings and when I received my order there was no cheese on my burger and I onion ring on my burger and no bacon and I didn't receive my fries as well this particular burger King sucks and is very unprofessional with the customers food

My daughter who is disabled ordered from this burger King last month..since then I have been emailing customer service about how badly they treated her and to date I have been told they are investigating the matter!! It takes a month to find out that your employees not only gave her the wrong food but when she told them they said to her " we gave your food to someone else and can't make you what you ordered" are you kidding me!! Theydid this because they saw she was disband they were to lazy to do their job, that they are getting paid 15 dollars to do..if I was there with her you can bet this wouldn't of been an issue..so think twice when you go to this lousy restaurant
